Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Augusta

went to the new Tropical Smoothie in August, GA by Kroger last night around 6:34 pm to get my regular Island Green Smoothie that I have gotten there many times; however, when the African American customer service makes it, I am unable to drink it. The smoothie is chunky and very strong. I have thrown out two smoothies made by her. The last time I went in a young lady made my smoothie; it was awesome and went back to get another. The girl who had made my smoothie was there yesterday and I asked her "May you please make my smoothie, because the last time you made it, it was awesome?”

The African American customer service came from the back, grabbed the blender and preceded to make the smoothie. The young lady walked toward her co-worker letting her know "The customer just asked me to make her smoothie."

The African American customer service left and went in the back. While I was paying, she came back and preceded to make the smoothie. Again, the young lady walked toward her to let her know that she was going to make the smoothie. The African American customer services told the co-worker, "If she has a problem with me, she needs to let me know to my face!" Shen then gestured the co-worker out of her way. The young lady threw her hands up and left the front and walked toward the back. She came back with the shift lead who asked what was going on. I explained to her what I just witnessed and what I had requested. She then said, "My sore was quite before you came in, your smoothie is being made and I am going to ask you to leave!" A man who was there shouting at me, "You don't want me to do something!" "You don't want me to say anything!" "That is my daughter." My life was in danger and I felt threatened by the workers and the man just by getting an Island Green Smoothie and requesting it to be made by a specific employee. This unsafe environment and customer feeling threatened will be reported to the better...

I order from here often, like once or twice a week. I placed a pick up order at 12:09pm, promised prepared time 12:19pm. My food is always ready before I get there. Today I walked in behind a travel basketball team and stood at the pick up counter. All the boys ordered their food, were served, ate their food and left BEFORE MY SMOOTHIE WAS EVEN MADE. My meal sat on the counter for 20 minutes before someone realized it was mine. I was told twice they they're working on my order. I grew extremely impatient as I watched FIVE pick up orders get their food before mine. It was 12:49pm by the time I was handed my ONE SMOOTHIE. I understand they're busy..but when there is lack of follow through in completing an order with...

I noticed that going before 3pm is a big difference at this location ! First shift is always a hit with my bowl I'm pretty sure you can tell which bowl is first shift and second shift..I'll rather drive to Evans location or Robert c Daniel because second shift just throws everything Together even when it comes to the food. I asked for extra granola and honey and i don't see the honey at all in the bowl i got today and the granola was just there on one side and i feel like that not extra granola but the food is great i personally will no longer be going To this location in the evening time but WHOEVER IS ON FIRST SHIFT NEEDS A...
