My review is based on my experiences from first thing in the mornings, around 6am ish. I work downtown and stop by sometimes on my way to work.
So far, I have not really had any issues on the service at this location. The customer service has always been great here!
I do have to point out my experience this morning. To the lady I heard in the back this morning, hun I applaud you!! I'm not sure if you are a manager or what your title is, but this morning I have to give you praise on addressing the staff! The world could really use more people like you in this world!! This morning I ordered an ice coffee with my breakfast. When I get to the window to pay I hear a lady say no don't hand that to the customer, that is not what she ordered. Then proceeded to say she ordered a frosty cappuccino. The next thing she said hit my soul! "Everyone I need you to pay attention when we have customers, quit talking and pay attention!" The lady working the window admitted she was talking and said you'll have to excuse me and work with me on my talking. The lady who is addressing everyone said, I understand, I don't mind all of you talking, but to pay attention when there are customers and make sure your attention is on them and their order so the customer gets the right orders first before talking. Now, during this whole conversation going on not once was any of the employees rude to each other, loud, yelling, being mean to one another, or any distasteful remarks being said. Everything that was said was calm, respectful, and positive conversations throughout the employees. THIS is what ALL businesses need!!
I can not tell you how many times I have left a drive-thru or sit down restaurant due to employees playing around, not getting orders right, talking and standing around, NO communication to one another at all, telling you twice in a drive thru to hold on when you are the only car in the drive thru and there was not even a line inside (I look inside before going through a drive thru to know if they are busy inside) and then they forget to turn their microphone off and you hear them playing around and cutting up after telling you to hold on.
Okay, so now to the food.... I have stopped ordering sweet tea at this location due to in the past the tea was great! Then one day I order sweet tea and it tasted like the tea sat out over night or the urn had not been cleaned fully in a few days. As for the food, I've only had their breakfast since it's always been first thing in the morning. My sandwich is always hot and sometimes my fries are warm instead of being hot.
Overall, the customer service I have never had an issue with and the food is either very hot or warm. If you are a sweet tea person like I am...well just be cautious if could be a hit or miss on good tea. I've never been inside first thing in the morning so I am unable to comment on the cleanliness...
Read moreFirst glance, was the cleanliness. Wide open space, Bathrooms also were clean and maintained it appeared. This was the same when picking up a frosty two other times when visiting for grammie in my passings since it it right at corner of Walton Way and Gordon Hwy.
It is beside Popeyes and diagonally across from Red Lobster and the Richmond County Law Enforcement Center.
Could use the Wendy's app here. Employees assisted in being able to use and enjoy its features.
Ie: purchase and receive a free item is often on the app for different food.
An example would be to purchase an item from the menu and get a classic burger free. It turned that was going on for one entire month as i saw announced on the local news as part of I think an anniversary or birthday. Not sure if it was Wendy's or the hamburger that was being celebrated.
There was also on the app listed the purchase of any menu item & receive a half salad free. It appeared to be like a side salad in size.
The one I picked up for my grammie had green apples, spring mix lettuce, blue cheese crumbles, grilled and seasoned chicken chunks,
I thought I also saw bacon bits, smoked almonds, and Apple vingerette dressing was offered as a compliment to the salad. Although, grammie chose for me to bring her the French with orange blossom honey from the Ken's dressings.

Read moreI usually write good reviews but my august 27th experience with my mom was horrific. We enter and we were greeted at the counter. Food came out fast. We dined in. We noticed they had dirty tables everywhere and the floors had food. The drink machine was sticky and dirty which my mom told them about and the ketchup dispensers were broken. After enjoying a dry burger I went back to the counter to get assistance bc the drink machine malfunctioned. 3 ppl ignored me as they walked by. The same girl that ordered my food came out and tried to help but couldnt fix the issue. We never got refills on our drinks. Not even at the counter. And no I didn't want Sprite bc they were out. We heard that being repeated a hundred times as they yelled at the speaker. So we left without a refill and I was gonna order a frosty. But I figured the whole crew was too busy. We were the only ones dining in and they didn't have a line at the drive thru. Where's the manager? And what do these people do all day. It's funny they left the cleaning spray bottle on the front counter but nobody used it. I don't get paid to do your job. Maybe I should be the manager and the place wouldn't look so bad.
