We had the absolute best meal here. The staff was so warm and inviting. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. We sat down and were brought menus and water very quickly and once we were ready to order, our food showed up quickly. It was exceedingly obvious that it was made fresh and brought out instantly once finished. I can not stress enough, just how good the food was. We started with the tofu spring rolls and edamame. Both were fresh and the dipping sauce for the spring rolls was delicious. The edamame though...... good grief! That was the absolute best my daughter and I have ever had. My daughter had the Shrimp Tom Yum Pho. She ordered a medium and was floored by how big it was. The ingredients were so fresh and bright and the shrimp were a really good size. She was given a plate of lime, sprouts, jalapeño and basil which were amazing with the Pho. This chick of mine, is obsessed with Pho and she said that this was top tier. I had the Sesame tofu and it was sooooooooo good. I've never in my life had tofu fried so crispy. Definitely not over fried but wow! It was intensely crispy and sweet with a luscious glaze. To drink, I had a Vietnamese coffee and my daughter had a strawberry slush. The slush was so fruity and refreshing and the coffee was rich and creamy. We both decided that, this is our favorite place to eat now. The prices are really good for the quality, freshness and expert recipes and cooking. I highly recommend this place. We got enough food for 2 meals each plus 2 appetizers...

Extremely poor customer service from the owner, I’ll never come back. Just to preface, I’ve worked in the service industry for 13 years on and off and worked at several different restaurants so I understand the industry pretty well and always try to be understanding. I tried a spicy beef bowl which was almost $15 and I was just very disappointed. It was very bland and the meat was super fatty. I really did not care for it at all and wasn’t even going to eat it. The waitress asked me if it was okay and said I’m sorry but I really didn’t like it and she took it away. I only had a few bites. She brought a menu back and then came back maybe 10 minutes later to see what I wanted. My date was already finished eating and I wasn’t hungry anymore so I decided just to not get anything else.

The owner (who was managing at the time) never made any attempt to offer something else or take it off the bill or even a discount. He made a HUGE argument to get me to pay full price for a bland bowl of noodles and broth that I hardly touched. He did NOTHING to try to help. This is far below the standards of other restaurants. He eventually gave me 50% off of the dish but after having to fight so hard for that, I left annoyed and unsatisfied and will have to get another meal...

Horrible food and bad customer service. They charge you for take out containers on the app, but send your meal in plastic ziplock baggies!!! They dont include the pho toppings when you order pho. When you call they just say they have been busy all day and the manager is gone. They dont include a bowl to eat out of and no utensils when ordered on door dash. Do not recommend. When you call and ask if the standard pho toppings are included with the pho broth order on door dash and you are told yes then that is not my fault as the owner responded on my google review. Your employee said you have an option under add ons for noodles and you did NOT, that is the reason I put it in the notes. I even offered to pay extra, but you never mentioned that. Don’t respond that I ordered it wrong when your employee said the broth comes with it. And what about the second employee that I spoke too, “we have been busy all day” was her reasoning. As a restaurant would you not want to be busy? Why is that always the answer given? Is it my fault you are busy? I paid just like the other customers yet I get the response that I ordered it wrong when I called to ask beforehand. Poor way to handle...
