A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Aurora

Waited 5 mins to be helped at the counter, then waited inside 30 mins for food and kept being told “just another couple mins” when we were the only ones inside. Served 20+ drive through patrons before us and we had to ask multiple times for updates. Apparently they also lost the key to the womens bathroom, floors are so greasy i slipped around when i walked. One employee hid in a corner behind the kitchen door on a personal phone call for 20 mins., another seemed high out of his mind, they remade our food 2x and then accidentally gave it to people in the drive through because no one was paying attention or communicating, when we finally received our food it was burnt and missing items. They never gave us a receipt and then asked for one when we asked about the wait and couldnt pull our order up to give...

this is the worste service I have ever received! I went in on 12-4-2014 with my wife and son! placed my order and was told it would be ready in a couple minutes. right after that one employee left for the nite. another one went outside I assume to talk to that employee. I watched 6 orders get filled and put out for drive thru and 2 orders for people that had showed up after me! my order had nothing special things for it so my question is why was 8 orders total filled prior to mine. I told the cashier I wanted a refund and her exact words was " they haven't filled your order yet". I paid with credit card and she refunded me cash. total time was 19 minutes before I asked for my money back. when I walked outside to leave the was about 15 to 20 cars in the drive thru cause it was taking so long...

I've had great memories of delicious burgers from A&W in New mexico. Never got to go often due to it being an hour away from where I lived at the time. Saw this one and had to stop. 1st the staff there couldn't understand I wanted a hamburger by itself. No fries no drink just a burger, I had to clarify it about 3 times. Oh well no big deal, get the burger and this patty is so dry I feel it sucking moisture from my mouth (should have got a drink). Took one bite and threw it in the trash. Im honestly blown away by how terrible of a burger I was served, considering the patty literally thinner than the patty on a kids burger from mcdonalds.
