I'm not happy about my experience here. Being in the drive through, took over 20 minutes. When I got to the window and checked my order, they gave me something completely wrong, and had me park and wait another 20 minutes for the re made sandwich. Good thing I checked AGAIN, because low and behold they took the original patty of the burger they originally have me, scraped off the guacamole and toppings, and just recycled that patty. I know this because I checked and of course saw the remnants of guacamole and sauces stained on the bun. At this point, I was disappointed that what was meant to be a quick 10 minute visit, became almost an hour long ordeal. ONCE MORE for the third time, had to go show them their work, and they promised to correct it, which they finally (kind of) did. They got close enough. All I wanted on my burger was ketchup and swiss. Third time around was a burger with Swiss and a small dot of ketchup. It wasn't worth hassling and wasting even more time with them. A nice worker named Mitchell, or Marshall or Matthew - something with an M and he had red hair, was really nice and did give me a free icecream. I did ask for a refund though, and was told it's either I get a refund and no food or I get my food corrected and no refund. I feel Like why should I pay for food that's completely incorrect? After messing up three times and having someone wait for 40+ minutes, a comped and corrected meal is definitely in order. So although Maxwell (????) Was nice and helpful, I did not have a good experience and wish to follow up...
Read moreI am so sad to do this, but I have to give a bad review!! If you look below, you know I love this place!! Unfortunately, they have fallen to the buckley and quincy hole of bad fast food. After trying to cut a few breaks and saying "maybe they just had a bad day" it is clear that more is going on. Tonight was the WORST ever!! No bacon on ANY of the burgers, but we were charged for it. No sauce included with my chicken strips. Also, the fries were like rubber and NOT fresh. I am just so bummed out!! They never used to be this way!! Whatever they changed, PLEASE go back!!
Update: still the best place to eat on the corner of Buckley and Quincy!! As usual, we got everything we ordered and for the most part, it was correct. Unfortunately, I have to say, I asked for wild dipping sauce and I don't know what kind of sauce I got, but it was NOT the wild dipping sauce. I really hope you didn't change it!! It was like a strawberry flavor with a spicy aftertaste?? IDK, but not for me. No worries though!! I still give you guys 5 stars!! Even the best make mistakes once in a while. Unlike the Arby's and McDonalds at the same intersection, they don't even TRY to get it right, they are just bad. With you guys, I know I am going to get what I ordered, it's going to be made right and fresh too. Thank you Goid Times for being GOOD!!
In my opinion, this is the only good place to eat on that corner. Service is always great there. Can't say the same for the other place on same corner. It is worth it to go here every time. The food is always fresh...

I am only giving 3 stars because for two years I had MANY issues with this location and when I finally decided to yelp about it their response was sarcastic and the way they quoted my email was very misleading to other readers (kinda how the media does, cut the full truth so partial statements are misleading). They seemed more concerned with having an attitude than they did with addressing the fact that I received a bun with no burger more than a few times or that my food was legit cold like it sat on a cooler or that there was dripping oil with soggy fries coming from the fry container or that the "mixers" im my shakes and benders were freezer burnt several times. They concluded the sarcastic response with saying someone would follow up with a phone call and they never did. That was last year. I finally deleted my review because I was tired of seeing their nasty response every time I used yelp.
So, as for the employees of this location I will give them full credit for making a huge turn-around at this location. I no longer feel like it is unsanitary. I am no longer trapped in line for 15 mins. The cooks seem to be happier as they are putting out a much better product (and I mean MUCH) and the service at the window has been very pleasant each time. I've been three times over the past 6 months....
