Today around 7:20-7:30 pm I came in to order the 2 for $5. The girl who answered the call box said they didn't have it. I said it's right on the web site and she said it was an online only deal. Funny how that works since I just ordered it yesterday, last weekend and even last Wednesday at the drive thru (even on the website it wasn't even under the "deal" tab. She started throwing an attitude and insisted that it was online only. I said fine I'll order it online to which she said I'd have to go through the drive through again. I asked why since there was no cars in front of me nor behind me. To which she said something about her counter time, then proceeded to threaten me with refusing service. So I left but turned back and went inside to speak to the manager. Upon asking for the manager she said she was the manager and said she's not required to give me her name. Crazy how the manager doesn't know how to run a register nor have any customer service skill so I highly doubt she's the manager. But here's her picture so the franchisee can confirm whether or not she is in fact the manager. Personally, I don't know how a person with the work ethics of a 12 year old, customer service skill of a 5 year old and I would say "temperament of a newborn" (but that would be an insult to all the new born so I'll refrain) can ever be a manager. If the franchisee would like to reach out and speak to me I'd be happy to do so. I've never had an issue with this kfc before so kudos to all her "employees"

Read moreNot sure why I keep giving this place a chance. I guess cause I have a soft spot as a former restaurant manager and DM to give a place another shot. But this place is terrible. They have constantly messed up my drive through orders. Last time I went through around 9pm and they were out of fried chicken....KFC out of fried chicken! I agreed for them to give me a mixed order of grilled and fried. When I got home they had given me the wrong order, a full bucket of fried with the wrong sides. Silly me for not checking and expecting them to get it right. The employees act like they could care less about you and spend more time talking to each other than taking care of you. Tonight, 2.10.14 just before 9pm I pulled up to the drive through. There was a sign the drive through was broken and to order at window. As I came around there was one car in front of me. The car in front of me had just placed their order and got their change. I figured that the employee would have sense and have the car pull forward so they can help the other cars behind. WRONG! I waited 5 minutes that I tracked on my phone and finally I decided to leave. As I left I looked through the drive through window and saw employees just going in slow motion, not really caring. Surprise surprise. I will not go back to this location ever. I live a half mile away and love kfc, but they have screwed up every time. I usually go at night, maybe lunch is different. But maybe a change is needed.

But also won’t give us something um return for not taking your “ last” chicken… and then they were like “ we can drop a fresh batch for you” and then we asked how long it’ll take and he was like “ umm it’ll umm take umm thirty minutes “ and then wanted us to pay and wait… WHEN THEY HAVE 12 count already made but they don’t want to let us pay for it because “ it’s the last of their chicken” but they can drop a fresh batch???
