Had the most bizarre experience at this location on Sunday 8/13. We placed our order in the drive through, decent $30 order. We waited about 20 minutes, during which time we were asked to pull forward and we observed one car have some exchange that appeared they were missing something as they handed back their receipt and another truck go back through the drive thru, have an exchange with at the window and drive away yelling something. When we finally got our food, I immediately knew it wasn’t all there. One bag had only a large fries, we were missing 2 sandwiches, my kids fries and juice for her kids meal. I went inside and was met by the employee that had brought it to me. I informed him that a lot was missing and when he repeated me for clarification, I began listing the missing food. When I had forgot to mention my husbands sandwich, he sort of snapped at me saying “I am reading the receipt”. I figured they were having a bad night and let the sharp comment go. Once another employee finished taking an order at the counter, he look in the bags I had handed back, turned around and said to me “where are the sandwiches I put in the bags?” I was dumbfounded that after waiting over 20 minutes and receiving only 1/2 my order, I was now being accused of stealing and lying. I told the employee he was welcome to search my car or give me a refund at this point because he had back the food that I was given. He processed my refund with condescending “yes ma’am’s“ and still trying to go back and forth with me. I told him point blank that I did not come to hustle an Arby’s and my 2 year old sure as hell did not eat the missing sandwiches. An employee cooking in the back mouthed “I am sorry” to me during the exchange, despite him having no involvement in the exchange. I received a receipt for a partial refund, but have yet to receive it on my credit card. I don’t know what was happening with these employees that night, but the exchange left me extremely annoyed and my toddler screaming when she didn’t get her food we were...
Read moreTeam members and managers are very rude. Pulled up at the drive thru ordered went to the window they charged me wrong and attempted to hand me the wrong food and I said this is not my food. So they take it back give me a refund hand me my receipts without my card. I had to ask for my card back and they claimed they still needed to charge me for the correct amount. Okay fine I can live with that but communicate idk what receipts your handing me. After a few minutes takes my food and hands it to the car off to the side in front of me they handed it back then he brought it back to hand it to me. Super unsanitary. As I'm pulling off the guy yells out the window that I'm not aloud back there. Why I wasn't rude at all just asking questions I'm sorry your embarrassed that you can't do your job correctly. I get home my order isn't even correct. So I had my husband call to complain they say they'd replace my order. Okay I'm thinking great there going to at least fix there mistake. I have my husband go back to get the food as I'm not going to continue to be treated poorly for no reason. He goes in gets the food speaks to the manager and let him know the comment of the employee was uncalled for. The manager then proceeds to say we reserve the right to refuse business. We leave and the food is still not correct. We are done with this arbys I will never return here. I'm a general manager at a fast food place and I would never treat my customers like this. Super unprofessional. I highly recommend not going here to everyone...
Read moreWe don't eat at Arby's a lot but have never had a bad experience at this location. But neither have we had a great experience, either. It's an Arbys.

Came in today on a whim. I'd been hankering for a burger but decided one of the gyros would suffice.
The hero of this story is Joe at the front counter. Joe was amazing in his personality, which was brimming with charisma and character. if he ever decides to get out from behind that counter and in front of other people, he'll have a great future in front of him. I mean, seriously, if he hadn't been there this morning my experience might have been far less than it was.
I ordered the wagyu beef deluxe burger on Joe's recommendation, and while I didn't love the burger, it was sufficient for what I needed.
Oh! And the three pepper sauce is amazeballs. If you like a little spice on your food, grab some of the three pepper sauce and enjoy life for a moment. The ketchup, though, was a little thin for my tastes.
The tea, both sweet and unsweet, was great. Many places have tea that tastes old or dirty but this tea was clean and fresh, which I...
