Terrible customer service .each time for the same order they charge me different amounts. They think their customers don't understand anything. For the the same order I was paying 7$ but today they wanted to charge me for 8.60 and when i was tel them that I was always paid 7$ they didn't do anything. I canceled my order today to they don't think they are smart. They are really slow and always need to wait in the line for a long time. Few months ago they forgot to say credit machine is not working and I inserted my card but they said transaction didn't go thru but when I was check my credit card i see they charge me for 5.50$ without receiving my order and when i was asked for manager it was nobody to fix the issue . I’m only sharing of the service I received the other day. I’ve been getting a coffee everyday the last 3 weeks. I ordered my usuals but forgot to ask for only 1 pump of syrup. I didn’t realize the young lady had already made my coffee and asked over the counter if she could do 1 pump? She grabbed the cup and dump the whole thing out with attitude!! I would have drank it had I know it was already made. Her attitude sucked and then scolded me “next time order it at the beginning”. I apologized profusely! I bought 2 Snarf’s sandwiches from there today. In one the bread was really soggy and the other was soggy and you could see thru the cucumber that was on the sandwich. The turkey was green in a certain spot and I couldn’t tell if it was mold or just the colorings from the cucumber, no matter what, it been there tooooo long. I didn’t eat it.
