I was really excited to try this place because back at home in Texas. The salad bar was always my favorite. I hadn’t been in about six years A +1 to enjoy some lunch thinking that I had a great experience like I used to. I ordered the Santa Fe sandwich along with the chipotle, chicken and avocado Panini And what I thought was a unlimited salad , was only a one time stop ( Which was not discussed or sign anywhere explaining the regulations) But what really got to me was that the staff Were trashing the guest, but in Spanish. I was sitting maybe 15 feet away and could hear specifically one lady just talk trash about people being cheap and taking advantage of the Salad bar. I’m not wanting to mix my sweet components with savory salty, especially in a salad so when I went up to ask for a plate manager, Mike explained to me it was a one time trip deal but politely gave me a second and said it’s OK. And as I continued to debate what I wanted, I could just hear the lady and some of the employees laugh and start talking mess on how I was trying to scam the salad bar. This completely threw off my appetite. I confronted the gentleman, Micheal , who is the store manager and told him I did not appreciate the conversation and how abrupt and they were not aware of those who speak the language and are ignorant to their environment. I spent over $40 and was there for probably no more than 15 minutes. I was embarrassed and shocked on how the manager handled the situation. The lady by the name of Concha Most ignorant and rude of them all and Mike just seem timid and lots of words with remorse. Read moreYesterday I ordered food online at Jason's Deli off of Parker. After I had ordered it, it said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. When I got there in 20 minutes they hand't even looked at the order. I had to wait another 14 minutes for my food. So why am I giving 5 stars? I had just had a bad customer experience the weekend before at another restaurant (they charged me twice for my order) that left such a bad taste in my mouth I said I would never come back. I feel that sometimes it's best to judge a place not when things are going well, but how they handle it when things don't go well. Not only were they apologetic and accepted blame, they also reprimanded the person responsible but in an appropriate way. All of these things did not happen at the other restaurant. When I left I was still a bit annoyed but it was what it was and I think they did handle it okay. But the kicker was they called me an hour later on my phone, and talked about how the extra wait was unacceptable and that next time I was in the store I would have two free meals waiting listed under my name/phone number. Read moreLooking at the reviews I am extremely disappointed. I'm trying to understand why my experience has been so different from others? This was my 1st time visiting this location and this is the absolute worst location I have ever been to in my life. The teenagers who work in there have no concept of customer service. Maybe I went at the wrong times. Both times I visited was close to closing but that is still no excuse to have attitudes and poor customer service. The 1st time I went, I stood at the To-go part for about 5mins watching the teenagers just talk to each other and complelety ignore me. I just waited and didnt say anything because I wanted to see how long they would let me stand there and wait. A rude young lady came over and took my payment etc...She messed up my order, I didn't have anything to eat with and she almost forgot my fruit until I said something. SMDH. Then when I get home, there was barely any turkey on my sandwich. So much so that I thought there was no meat at all. Called the manager, he said he would make it right and remake the sandwich.
