Remember this place serving to restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. They are open to public with limited time. We initially stopped by for some bread but noticed they offered food, so we had to try it. We ordered the shawarma and tikka kabab, and both were fantastic. The shawarma came with fries and garlic sauce, which paired nicely. Although I typically prefer lamb cooked rare or medium with juices running, the well-done lamb—traditional in Afghani/Uzbek cuisine—was excellent. My wife, who usually tolerates the way I grill lamb chops, absolutely loved it. This has quickly become our second favorite restaurant in Colorado. I hope they continue...
