Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Aurora

Worst Little Cesar's I have ever been to. The girl who first helped me at the register was very helpful and polite but things quickly went down hill from there. My order was a fairly simple one pepperoni, bread sticks, and wings. They have everything ready except the wings. She tells me it will be a couple of minutes, no problem except 20 minutes later no wings. I ask how long it will be she says "a couple minutes" she turns and ask the cook where are the wings. He said he forgot them and would start them right away. She never said anything to me I just happened to over hear what he said. 15 minutes later and still no food. I go up ask one more time where is the food to which I receive the "it'll be a couple of minutes". I asked for a refund and the girl comes around the back and goes I have your food. Out of principal I wanted my money back it was to late for me to want to support this business. I dug in and demanded a refund to which she replied "but the food is here and ready". I said get your manager. He comes out and starts giving me all these excuses about why they took so long, we are busy and with the new delivery we are extra busy. I am very patient and understand they are busy, but the guy in back had said he straight up forgot to make the food. I tried to order as usual with the app, but it wasn't working. I ordered through the website but got an error saying there was an issue and I needed to call the store. Called and put in the order for pickup. When I went in, I waited behind two other customers. When it was my turn, after about 5 to 10 minutes, the guy said they had gotten my online order and the phone in order. So I had already paid. My pizzas were sitting on a cold rack. What I failed to do was look at the order. When I got home, I found that I had the 5 meat pizza, but the sausage and mushroom pizza was pepperoni and jalapeno. I did not want to run back, but the jalapeno was too spicy for my daughter to eat. I called, and they said that they still had the original order and I could come in and pick that one up. I asked for a fresh one since it was sitting on the rack for 30 minutes by that time and was going to take me at least 15 minutes to get there again. They said ok, so i drove another 15 minutes to get a new one. The woman behind the counter recognized me by name and went to the back to get my pizza. I assumed it was a fresh one. I checked and made sure it was sausage and mushrooms. When I got home, the pizza was sticking to the cardboard. There was cheese under the crust. It appears that they just took the original and heated...

Twice I ordered from here, both times disappointed. Once I ordered the pretzel crust pizza & when I checked because I always do before I leave (you need to do this before you walk away) there wasn't any pretzel on there. Well the receptionist went back there & threw the can of garlic butter to the point where it was greasy. I thought about complaining again but it would be worse than the first. These workers here are just here to get paid not to provide a fresh pizza to the customers order. 2nd time the deep dish was burnt & I asked if they could re do it, well I'm pretty sure they just flipped it & made me wait 15min plus the following night I had cramps & the runs (enterotoxigenic e coli), needless to say these people do not wash their hands. I don't believe all LC are like this but I won't be coming back to this location. Husband ordered to the wrong location & we got more burnt pizzas, I would have returned them, they looked old too.
