Moo's Rolled Ice Cream — Restaurant in Aurora

This place is ridiculous! My daughter and her friend were at the mall and called and asked if I could DoorDash this for them for pickup. $20 later for 2 ice creams and they were thrilled but were thirsty. I told them to ask for 2 cups of water, which they did and went to walk away and the lady yelled and said “THAT’S NOT FREE”. She wanted $2 for 2 cups of water. Luckily they were able to scramble up enough change. I have NEVER heard of paying for a cup of water especially after insanely overpaying for ice cream! Even if you want to charge $25 cents for the cup, fine but come on!! And of course their phones don’t get picked...

I do not recommend. The foot court is the last place I go to before leaving the mall and I was confused on what to order and was suggested what i was told was the “Dubai Chocolate rolled ice cream” come to find out it was really dubai chocolate strawberries instead (highest priced item also). I was told all ingredients were fresh and just prepared. In my plate i got a bunch of strawberries with 1 drizzle of chocolate and pistachio crème with a bunch of crunched pistachios and the crunchy stuff. Do to this the plate wasn’t proportioned and was more so crunchy strawberry. owner was super sweet but i was lie to many times just...

So I order 3 ice cream cups for 6.99 each they went she got my order she said is 30 dollars I was confused bc adding them 3 the price comes to 21 plus some tax right so I ask why 30 if they are 6.99 each? And the lady responded well is 2 dollars extra for toppings I was extremely confused bc what I know from other places I have bought rolled ice cream they sell it to you how the picture is for the price listed.. so I was umm ok fine that she proceeded to the ice cream area where she should be preparing the ice cream well no she takes the cups at of a fridge with ice cream already roll WORST EXPERIENCE EVER never again buying...
