P.F. Chang's — Restaurant in Aurora

We went to PF Chang’s to celebrate Mother’s Day as a family. When we were served one of the entrees, portion sizes were incredibly small and looked like someone just slapped the rice on top of the meat and veges. Even the server was shocked when serving it. Clearly the kitchen was overwhelmed by the amount of orders. The manager came to talk to us and explained it’s a measured 5oz serving size, and didn’t apologize for the way it was served. We let it go. Then they said they ran out of the brown rice option for one of our other meals, so we picked fried rice since we didn’t have a choice. When given the bill, we were charged extra for it. We understand it’s a “holiday” but for a restaurant to not account their ingredients or staff for a busy day is poor planning on their part. On top of that, we had a baby and there were only changing tables in the female restroom. What century are we in? My husband has an equal part in taking care of our kid. He was trying to give me a break since it was Mother’s Day but they didn't have changing tables in the men’s bathroom or even a family restroom. We just wanted a break from the newness of having a newborn and wanted to have a great time at PF Chang’s. We were disappointed. We will not...

This was my first experience at P.F. Chang’s. We were immediately greeted by a lovely hostess while she was inquiring about number of guests etc she was rudely interrupted by a member of waitstaff that yelled out to her that she would like to get more tables. No big deal, but we got this waitress who wanted more tables but took 10 minutes to even get to us. After ordering my food was warm, like it sat under a warmer for an extended time frame. I would have mentioned it but again the waitress who wanted more tables, was nowhere to be found. As we are eating another staff member decided it was a great idea to vigorously sweep the floor in very close proximity to our table. I wouldn’t have thought much about it until stuff landed on our table. When we had finished again our waitress who we had only seen twice was nowhere to be found. We asked another employee if he would mind getting to go boxes. He did and even placed the leftovers in the boxes. I asked if he could find our waitress so we could pay the bill. He offered to bring the bill, it wasn’t until after that our waitress showed up to check on us. I’m hoping this was just a one time unfortunate experience as I’ve heard good...

We went to PF Changs the other night for the first time in about a year. I don't like giving bad reviews, but I gotta keep it real. It was a Tuesday night and not busy at all. We had a group of 11. Our server was NOT overwhelmed as we are a very chill group and very patient.

She flat wasn't paying attention while we were ordering. I have one son that is allergic to Gluten. So he ordered GF fried rice. I ordered lettuce wraps, and not a single piece of lettuce was large enough to make a "wrap" out of. I basically ate it like a salad. She brought 3 of us the wrong drinks. Then when the food came out, she didn't bring my son GF fried rice and he ordered it with chicken which it didn't have. So we told her about the mistake, and she acted like we were just being ridiculous. HELLO, it's an allergy! He literally can't eat it! She clearly didn't rush the order because he sat for 20 minutes while everyone else ate, waiting for his food. Then, she didn't even take his off the order! When the tabs came, (There were two separate), those were all mixed up too. And we asked her in the beginning if she wanted to split them up front. Nope, she said she would figure it out at...
