Honestly if I could rate ZERO I would! This establishment is very standoffish and discriminate. I was in the mall shopping and I walked past the window and seen they are hiring an experienced pizza maker, so I walked in and asked if they are hiring and the manager Zoey, with the purple and brown hair immediate replied "yes an experienced pizza maker" with a matter-of-fact sort of disgusted tone. I felt judged so I replied "okay?" in confusion because the help wanted sign clearly states the position they are hiring for. She goes on to question my experience and when I told her dominos she got a look of disgust and was like "No we handmake our pizzas" and right then and there I knew I was being discriminated against. Everybody should know Domino's slaps, sauces, cheeses and tops their pizza every day, made to order. she then proceeded to try to dismiss me stating she didn't like the way I was talking but I came in very respectful why wouldn't I? I wanted to apply! At this point I will never eat there none the less want to work for people who think it's okay to disrespect people because of their skin color and how they look! She called security after she disrespected me, tried to belittle me and my work experience at Domino's Pizza all while try to make it seem like I was causing a problem with my delivery. This isn't right and when the owner sees this, I would be more than happy to come in and review the footage from the incident because I very much so feel...
Read moreI ordered a calzone for my 6 year old son, he took a bite and the dough was completely raw inside. At first I thought maybe it was the ricotta cheese, but no it was raw dough as there was no ricotta in it, only a small teaspoon in the middle!!! My son has issues with textures and it being raw inside made him throw up in the car! I turned around took it back, showed it to the 2 girls and they said that's the way calzones are and started arguing with me. I told them I'm Italian and no that is not how calzones are supposed to be! They also said there's no way my son would throw up from one bite. I asked to speak to the owner, she said she was the owner! (So very sad) Not only is this establishment filthy as the tables were horribly dirty, but the food was gross with theeeee worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Not only did they both yell at me, but they also gave me a hard time about giving me my money back. No wonder they didn't have any customers in the 20 minutes I was waiting for my food! Absolutely HORRIBLE, never again will I go there!! I suggest if you want good pizza, go upstairs to the food court to Sbarro's because this place was absolutely gross with the worst customer service in the world! Would give them zero stars if I could, but had to give one in order to...
Read moreWe were waiting for an internet order at one of the stores to be ready, so we decided to have lunch in the food court. We walked in next to Peppino's and it smelled amazing, so my son decided that was what we would have for lunch. Pricing is decent - a small pizza is only $11 so we decided on a small pepperoni pizza (hard to screw up. There was no line and only a couple of tables seemed to be waiting for food while the rest were all eating.
All of the younger people I spoke to were polite. An older woman who seemed to be in charge took my order at 1:15 and told me it would take "about ten minutes", which was fine. At 1:39 when I went up and told her we hadn't received our pizza, she looked around in confusion and then snapped at me "Look! It's coming out NOW!" and pointed at a man taking several pizzas out of the oven. I kept my mouth shut and returned to by table, but it should be obvious that 24 minutes isn't "about ten", so a customer wouldn't be out of line to ask about their food.
It was hot and fresh, but it was also so greasy that we each only ate one slice. Eh. It was cheap, fast-food pizza that was worth the price but not worth the wait.
I would have given it three stars based on the food, but the...
