Q'Rico Cravings — Restaurant in Aurora

The woman who helped us today had an attitude from the moment we entered the store. I didnt get her name but she was an older woman. She didnt greet us and huffed when we said hello. I ordered a mangonada for my brother and I which was $8 and proceeded to give her a $2 tip, because maybe she was having a bad day. When she handed me our mangonada i asked for an extra cup for my brother and she proceeded to lie and say she was all out, despite having just grabbed one off of the stack of cups behind her. She rudely handed me one and as she did i politely asked her for an extra spoon, and she rolled her eyes. She said in a very annoyed manner that theres no reason to have two spoons for one mangonada and shoved it into my hand and didnt say anything after that. I have been to this location before and the other employees are nice but i always seem to have a problem with this woman. Overall their items are very over priced, which i wouldnt mind considering how much i love supporting small business; however, her stinginess towards giving me an extra cup and spoon has unfortunately made me reconsider. I love the steak tacos, however the customer service is not the best… at all. I work in the mall and used to be a frequent customer because of the tacos, however the older women who work the majority of the time always have a rude attitude and often rush my order. I noticed that they always do that with me, however when my Hispanic friends visit them or come with me they are very kind which leads me to believe that race is a factor when it comes to the service I receive. There is one younger girl (teens) who is always polite which definitely makes my visits a lot better but I avoid visiting them unless I absolutely crave tacos due to how unwelcoming the atmosphere is. My partner and I did have one really bad experience in which they refused to give us bag and said they had no more until we pointed them out, at which point they proceeded to speak in Spanish about us and give us a bag. If you don't look like you speak Spanish, don't bother. They served multiple people before me even though I was clearly in line. Once it was my turn, all the employees disappeared. I waited a long time at the counter completely ignored. Once I was served, they were rude. The female employees were arguing heatedly with each other right behind the counter. Non-employees who were friends with the employees kept going back behind the counter to give the employees hugs and kisses. I would not go here again and regret even spending the 15 dollars that I...
