7/10/22- Even though this is a new Starbucks this is so far the worst one in the metro area I have been to. I ordered a drink and a spinach wrap. After waiting about 10 minutes after getting my drink I asked about my wrap. At first I got confused looks from them and then they said they were out of the stuff to make the spinach wrap. When were they going to tell me they were out of stuff? Were they hoping I would just walk away? I asked them if they could make me something else and they said they could. Then my mom ordered a peach green tea in a different order. After once again waiting for awhile I asked where her drink was and they said they were out of peach. When were they going to tell us. They are letting people place orders for items they can not fill and then they are not telling people what is going on with their order. This is the worst customer service at a Starbucks I have ever experienced and all of the staffneed to be let go for not doing their job. The person taking orders needs to be aware of what they are out of and the person filling orders needs to let the guests know right away when something is wrong. A little bit of professionalism and decorum go a long way. Especially when providing a service to the public. Apparently, the way I was ordering in the drive-through was funny and she couldnāt even contain her laugh long enough to say thank you for your order. And when I pulled up to the window, she couldnāt even tell me how much my order was. Upon arriving I got my drink and realized it was wrong so had to go back through the drive through where I was informed that āsome of them didnāt know how to make my drinkā okay thatās literally your job. I didnāt order anything weird I ordered from the menu with a milk substitution. Idk how you donāt know how to make drinks when thatās exactly what your job is. Then I get home to realize I got the wrong food item. How can you screw something up so bad that is simple menu listed items that are printed out for you!
