The assistant manager I guess was working alone today. Not only did she tell everyone who came in it would be a 15-minute wait she told everyone the bread was stale. We waited 30 minutes for her to finish the bread, take the fresh bread out of the oven, and she still gave us the stale bread after putting all the fresh bread away. It was flaky and dry and tasted horrible. She said that she would give us a free cookie for my son because we waited so long, but she still charged us for a cookie. I think she might have had some serious mental issues. We double-checked with the bread because it looked horrible and she said it was still fresh. The tomatoes were soggy and disgusting so we skipped tomatoes on our sandwich. She said all of them were that way and tried to give them to us and we said no. While we were there three people left the store, we should have left too!!! This was most horrible experience I've ever had...
