There was a long line. I patiently waited. Then this worker, Christina, went to another cashier and called out other customers behind me. I didn't understand why. I stepped forward why she did that - went back and forth with 2 registers and why did not tell me to go over there. I told her that was disrespectful especially that I'm deaf, she laughed. That when I got more upset. Then she said the totmate sauce ran out for pepperoni pretzel. I decided not to order it anymore. I didn't appreciate her attitude and chuckles. I asked for a manager that when she they r here today with attitude. And she does not know what is The phone # to complaint or speak with the manager. That when I had to search info to complain about...

I picked up a catering order (132 pcs) that was rather large, and showed up a bit early to inquire about it. The manager was just leaving in good spirits, and I approached to receive. The entire team behind the counter were nice and welcoming as we shared a few laughs here and there. I didn't have to wait but a few minutes, and the team was still taking orders. They worked well together to make it happen to get me out on time. Upon delivery of the catering, the team there was loving the pretzels and assorted dipping sauces. Kudos Team...
