I got a car battery in Dec. 2018. It quit working on me the other day. So it lasted 1 yr. and 9 months. Very bad. They tested the battery and it tested good. Ford tested it and did diagnostic on it and the battery is actually bad. Autozone obviously doesn't know there stuff. Updated 3/28/21. Check engine light came on, car was running rough, and my code reader said cylinder 3 was misfiring. The salesman was only wanting to sell me 1 spark plug! I insisted on buying all 4 new. Got car fixed next day, and as it turned out, all spark plugs were shot!! Where do you find these doorknobs...

Went into get a part, with the part number in hand, and the item pulled up on the phone to show they had it. The "manager" Chris, (the big guy from SC.) Refused to look it up, retrieve the part, or help in any way. (Jim was told about this guys attitude several times) This is not the first time this person has been rude, or even downright mean. He has neglected to order in parts, and sold us the wrong parts several times, and cost myself and my customers more time and money. O'Reilly's across the street has never been mean, and will also price match. So will Auto Value...

Great place to get what you need if they dont have it in stock sometimes you dont have to wait few days for the order. Austin mn store has one employee that knows his stuff on most cars I like when I'm being help by him he will also look around for other parts for you the other employees Idk really dont care for because when they help me get a part or parts sometimes they don't know what your talking about or they give me the wrong part. They need more that actually know about cars and parts and everything else. But over all...
