I usually refrain from writing reviews, but this really felt like an absolute joke. From reading the reviews, my friends and I were excited about trying this place out. After entering the place, we werenāt greeted or welcomed by anyone. A random gentleman finally comes out and tells us that itās open seating. We kind of figured that one out, my guy. After we placed our order, 45 minutes later we still had not heard anything from our order, yet we saw people coming in and out of the restaurant. No one at the front cashier, just one gentleman and a young girl walking in-and-out offering drinks. Little to no awareness of their customers. We finally asked for our order to be cancelled. And only THEN did they tell us āsorry for the wait, we are a little short-staffed, but your order is ready.ā We tried being reasonable, to which we agreed to eat ONLY if our order was ready, or so they claimed. The young man walks back to the kitchen, and once again time goes by and NO WORD from the workers whatsoever nor anyone to be seen. Iām not sure who is running this place, but the service was borderline pathetic and mediocre. We ended up walking out, and even then, heard NO word from them. We ended up coming to N-In-Out. Our order was ready faster than we got our drinks at this place. Donāt bother reading the positive reviews on this place and be fooled by the service. Save your money and TIME. Little Caesars would have done...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would not return to this establishment based on my recent experience. I ordered the deep-dish personal pizza, which was overwhelmingly heavy on cheese, lacking flavor, and difficult to enjoy. After two bites, I could not continue. Unfortunately, no staff member checked on our table after the food was served. The ordering process is done through an app, and once the food arrives, there appears to be little to no table service.
Our large party encountered multiple issues. One personās order was completely missed, a second attempt resulted in it having to be taken to-go. There was only one waitress working, which made it difficult for her to provide adequate attention to all guests. She was very kind, but overworked and stretched thin between all the guests. Silverware was not brought to the table promptly, and we observed that the bathrooms were in poor condition.
The kitchen appeared to have only one chef, who was also running food to the tables. Service felt disorganized, especially for a weekend. Additionally, the location is in a strip center with some questionable surrounding businesses, which affected the overall dining atmosphere.
Overall, the food quality, service, and environment did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this restaurant based on...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place just opened up and is already building a strong reputation ā and for good reason. The food is incredible, easily some of the best pizza this side of Austin has seen in a long time. Itās refreshing to have a family-owned and operated restaurant that clearly takes pride in what they serve.
You can actually taste the quality in the ingredients. Everything feels thoughtfully made, not rushed or mass-produced. I had the breaded bone-in wings and they were spot-on ā perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated in a sauce that had just the right kick and depth of flavor. My drink was made perfectly, and the service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing.
Thereās just something special about a place where you can tell the people behind it really care. This spot is a much-needed addition to the area, and Iāll...
