This is my local store. I order often and the pizza is good. Recently an order of mine came without the ranch I ordered. Called the store to let them know they apologized and said it's sitting right here you could come back and get it. I didn't want to do that as my pizza would get cold I asked for a free pizza next time and the manager was pretty rude and hung up. Today I went to pick up an order that was placed 20 mins ago and was ready on my app. I arrive at the store to be told it's not ready. 5 mins go by and I'm wondering how it can be taking so long when my order was now placed 25 mins ago. I'm told it's being made but isn't ready. After another 5 mins I ask a different member of staff as the first person wasn't very enthusiastic in our previous convos. This person hands me my pizza Immediately. It had been on the shelf the whole time. As you can see from the video and picture no label was placed on my pizza. Since the pizza had no identification on it at all how did the second person know it was mine? He didn't have to look, just walked over and grabbed a pizza with no name knowing it was mine. I'm wondering if they were messing with me in retaliation for our disagreement with my missing ranch from my previous order. So I paid for ranch I never got and now because of that the staff are having jokes at my expense. I know fast food is tough work so it's with regret I leave this review. I think this was a step...
Read moreI STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO NEVER ORDER FROM THIS DOMINO'S LOCATION AGAIN. I always order a thin crust, cheese free, two or three topping pizza from Domino's. Have ordered the above mentioned order from this particular location three times, and they burned my pizza every time. I have ordered The exact orderr from several other locations, both in and outside of Austin, and they all have enough sense to push a thin crust, cheese free pizza further in the oven to avoid burning it. The people at this location do not have enough sense to do this. When I queried the night manager about it the last time I ordered from this location, he was very apathetic and basically stated "that it gets burned because it's cheese free." Then why does the exact same pizza not get burned at other locations when they make it? It's because they push it further into the oven to prevent it from getting burned. Seems like a lot of other people are dissatisfied with the poor customer service and shoddy, second class food preparation that this particular location engages in, Not that anyone from management or ownership cares in the least. I will be taking my business elsewhere, DON'T ORDER...
Read moreLook, these guys are getting slammed as i write this but they are absolutely KILLING IT out here. they’re taking care of everything as quickly as they possibly can in my opinion. I used to manage a very popular pizza chain in Louisiana before moving here and i know what it’s like to have your system go down and try to recover from it. they have 4 10ft rolls of order stickers hanging from their shelf behind the counter and they are hustling like crazy people fixing problems, correcting orders, and dealing with very understandably frustrated customers. I was shocked that the usual 10 min wait time was abruptly 50 mins upon ordering , and that was a red flag but I just want to let everyone know that they’re not slacking up here tonight. i got my order 40 mins late, but it was fresh and they’re doing all the can up here to make this night go as smoothly as possible given the circumstances. Thanks everyone for doing a great job trying to deal with all this stress! and the pizza is that much better being this much...
