Ordered 2 pizzas at 8:45 pm on 04/14/19. I called later at 9:30 there was no answer finally after the third call someone answered then hung up. After waiting about 15 minutes I tried to call again to see if I could just go pick up the pizzas instead. That’s when an employee answered the phone and told me that “everybody had a minimum 2 hour waiting period and that every customer has been waiting over 2 hours.” I asked if the pizzas were going to be fresh and the employee told me “we have heat racks that guarantee fresh pizza for up to 2 hours.” I asked to speak to a manger and the guy gave me options for sodas instead of directing me to who was in charge. After I politely declined the soda simply because i don’t drink it he rudely hung up on me. Over the phone they claimed to be so busy but when I showed up everyone scattered to find something to do. The employee at the cash register knew who I was when I walked in the store to pick up the pizzas. The pizzas were cold, stale and half burnt. I asked the employee if this is something he would eat and he claimed “their is nothing we can do about it.” I asked to speak to the manager again and the manager had a very cocky attitude and was very rude. You could tell his customer service skills we not there or are not his priority. They still charged me a delivery fee and expected a tip even after all this. I went back to my car and sat there for a minute and saw all the employees go in the back office and hangout. This is not the first time something like this has happened at this location. Adam is who I dealt with, so yesterday I was at work, so I placed an online order for my kids, I was so overwhelmed at work and my kiddos calling and calling they were hungry so I didn’t notice when I place the order to my old address since I just moved, I called the store and was very apologetic since it was my mistake, I spoke to Adam and he said they would refund my card, not only did they didn’t refund my card but they went ahead and authorized a tip wich I had no idea until I called my bank. I came into the store thinking well I don’t think it’s a big deal, they’ll just give me the same order since I’ve never had an issue with them . Nope! Not only Adam was rolling his eyes the whole time I was talking but insisted the void went through and my bank has no record but does not know how the extra tip was added. He gave me a cell number to call his boss never answered by the way, I may have lost $28 dollars that they could have easy replaced if they had an ounce of customer service. Read moreIt's only been a month since my last update on this location, and I am sorry to report they have failed again. Placed an order at 7:24PM, pulled from the oven at 7:46PM, then sat there until after 9PM, then was magically marked as delivered at 9:15PM. I called the store, where the 1st employee straight up lied to me telling me that my driver had a 3 order delivery and was traveling to me location next. I explained that this order has been sitting for close to 2 hours and there is no way this order is fresh. I was then transferred to a store manager, who then tells me they have no idea where my order is. They lost my order, failed to call me, then lied to me on the phone. The blame this store management problem on the fact they have only 2 drivers. On top of this, it would be another 2 hours before they could delivery my order. Why would I have to wait another 2 hours for an order that was placed 2 hours prior? What a complete joke.
