JuiceLand — Restaurant in Austin

So I'm frustrated I'm driving down the damn road with my mom having taken her to the doctor's appointment and we're both realizing that we're getting hangry! And she's like I got to get something in me right now I'm like need one of those carrot juices from that coffee shop they're not open everything starts to become problematic because your brain isn't working right You need nutrients where the hell do you go You go to juice land the land of juicy juiceness the best eye candy and body fuel depot. When I open my smoothie restaurant / store it will be called the Rudy 2D healthy fruity smoothie lab unless the sign company charges by the character lol In all seriousness, this is a great place they are fast I walked in and there was a room full of people I got service quickly I asked the young gentleman behind the counter after the fact oh darn I want almond paste please I got you brother no problem. It's kind of like rastafarianism meets the health and beauty aids section of whole foods and the produce section at Central market and the Epicurean flare of the four seasons downstairs grill in a cup. I was halfway through with my Bam Bam with clandestine almond protein and it was a delicious, visceral feeling of my body coming back online. Get your juice on there's a lot of places in town but none hold a candle to the king of all smoothie stations juiceland go fill your tank!! I have a dear friend that is extremely allergic to seeds. She literally be hospitalized because people here do NOT listen. Even though the manager attempted to handle the situation the first time, he gave her a complimentary drink WITH SEEDS! When she began to explain that this was not right he got frustrated with her. I contacted this location and spoke with the manager who stated that he had "no idea what I was talking about". How convenient! She literally left minutes before calling me, frustrated that this guy took out his frustration on her. This place obviously has a terrible manager (full of excuses!) that even became frustrated with me over the phone and rose his voice and acted dumb about the entire situation. I come to juiceland pretty regularly but today was the worst experience to date. I ordered an iced matcha in store and when I picked it up from the counter, it was warm (103F) when I got home and checked with a thermometer. I told them it was supposed to be iced and they said “sorry, our water isn’t very cold and we are out of ice” which would have been nice to know when I ordered and spent $8. The best they could do was “add some frozen fruit” which I declined, because this isn’t a fruit beverage. I was annoyed but decided I would pour it over ice when I got home. It’s not at all sweetened (it always is sweetened with dates). So I have no idea what drink they made, but I’m annoyed I wasted $8 and 20 minutes of my day for something I can’t even drink.
