I made two appointments at this place using classpass after my wife recommended her. Unfortunately both times, the reservation was canceled within 30 minutes of the appointment. The first time the woman canceled, I came to my appointment and she was smoking a cigarette outside on the phone and wouldn’t acknowledge me.

I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and perhaps something urgent came up. I made my second appointment a few months later and it was canceled within 30 minutes of the appointment. Fortunately I checked the app before I left my home to travel to her this time.

Neither cancelation did I get any explanation, help rebooking, or anything. Because this was the end of my plan cycle with classpass, I also lose the credits I was going to use for this massage and it will cost me over $90. So I lost money, didn’t get a massage, and didn’t get any explanation or communication from this person. This mama does do business in a strange manner, that’s for sure. Mama Strange (aka Robin) is the real deal - she is the best healer I've ever experienced (and I've experienced A LOT of healers & masseuses). I've done a variety of her services - lomi lomi, body planning, brushing, facial, etc etc and each one is as incredible as the last.

Beyond provided top notch healing, I so appreciate Robin's unique and tailored approach. Today I scheduled a Gua Sha facial because I felt I was holding a lot of tension in my face, however after we chatted a bit we both determined what my body and soul needed was not in fact a facial. Robin asked if I trusted to let her intuition guide her as far as what I need I immediately said yes. In turn, I received the deepest form of healing I've experienced. I left feeling like I eradicated years of trauma from my body and totally upgraded my energy.
