We came to get 2 sausage egg McMuffins and 2 hash browns about a week ago where we were instructed “Receipt 2nd window” after paying. We went to the 2nd window and we’re then instructed to park on number 1 to wait for our food(still no receipt at this point). 20 minutes go by without our food, we see plenty of other cars getting their food, even others parking next to us after and getting their food before us. At this point my girlfriend gets out of the car and goes and gets the food herself and they are asking her for her receipt despite her telling them what our order was and not being provided a receipt. Finally after some confrontation and some deserved attitude they find our order “just there.” We finally leave and forget it. Today we came back for the same orders 2 sausage egg McMuffins and 2 hash browns and after paying are instructed yet again “receipt 2nd window.” Ok, remembering what happened last time we get to the 2nd and yet again advised to park on #1 to wait for the food. This time I demand my receipt and they tell me the receipt will be provided in the food bag. I tell them no because of a prior bad experience (explained above) and they insisted on keeping the receipt to know what our order is to prep it. My girlfriend decides to at least take a picture of the receipt before we hand it back, and they confirm once more the receipt will be in the bag. We park on spot 1 and wait again but luckily this time only took 5 mins to get our food. Funny part is, the receipt was not in the bag anyway.
The sausage egg McMuffins are really good, so no complaints on the food but just these 2 bad experiences just made me want to leave this review for future notice for customers. I’m just hoping it doesn’t happen a 3rd time In a row.

Read moreThis is the second time they have messed up on my order, the first time they had no trouble replacing the order and the night manager was a girl this current time i spoke with Diego and he was no help after telling him i had no reciept besides the sticker that comes on the items but that i payed from a card that shows the transaction he then said well if it's wrong then bring the food back...at 1:20 am when i just drove home almost 20 mins away from the mcdonald's... and then when i told him no i will go tomorrow for a replacement order he said he could only replace the item missing even though two other items were made wrong as well. it's disappointing i know i shouldnt expect much especially from night shift but it just felt so upsetting especially when i know the process after working in fast food before and i know what i ordered as its the same as always. so not only did he rush me off the phone he couldn't find my receipt in the system apparently. so i was missing 1 item and 2 items weren't made...

Secondly, who does the hiring here? It seems like they are hiring fresh-out-of-prison dregs of humanity and low-IQ morons who could care less about customer service and who will spit in your food if they're having a bad say.
When you go to other McDonald's restaurants, there's an equal amount of teens and older people. NOT HERE! All of the workers here look like criminals, from the old illegal ladies who take your cash at the window to the old illegal workers cooking your food.
If you honestly value your time, your tastebuds, and your wallet, DO NOT COME HERE. Go to the Subway next to it, go to the Taco Bell, WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T GO HERE!
