THE WORST OF THE WORST! I am a regular customer at your location and often visit in the mornings for breakfast. However, today I had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience that I feel must be brought to your attention.
While placing my order through the drive-thru, I had to repeat my order four times. This was frustrating, but I remained patient. When I arrived at the window, I was assisted by a young female employee who had a noticeably poor attitude. After she gave me the total, I politely asked her to repeat my order—given the earlier confusion. Instead of responding respectfully, she raised her voice and said, multiple times, “YOU CAN’T HEAR.”
I clarified that I could hear perfectly well and had spoken clearly. As I attempted to drive away, she began yelling, “YOU MIGHT WANT TO NOT ARGUE WITH THE PERSON TAKING YOUR ORDER,” and then laughed mockingly. I was shocked and disturbed by this behavior.
I immediately parked my car, entered the restaurant, and asked to speak with the manager. I explained the situation and expressed how inappropriate and unprofessional the employee's behavior was. I also made it clear that I wished to escalate this issue to higher management. I later learned the employee’s name is either Julia or Julie.
While the manager did apologize and assured me the issue would be addressed, I strongly believe further action should be taken. No customer deserves to be treated in such a disrespectful manner. It makes me question how many other customers may have experienced the same kind of treatment.
This incident is not a joke to me—it was deeply upsetting, and it reflects poorly on the McDonald's brand. I sincerely hope this complaint will be taken seriously, and that appropriate steps will be taken to ensure a more respectful environment for...
Read moreTypically I would not even give the time of day to rate a McDonald's but if I could just save one person from going here it will be worth my time and tarnishing my profile with a McDonald's rating. I live down the street from this McDonald's and when I am being really lazy and am desperately hungry I go here. So this is not just one bad experience, but the last time when I spent 40 minutes in the drive through and when I got home and it was nothing of what I ordered I vowed to myself I will never go back. If the owner sees this you need to do something to save your business, whoever you have managing it is a complete joke and I wouldn't let them whatch my grass grow, they would mess that up too. I have never had a good experience at this McDonald's ever. But I kept telling myself it's McDonald's what do you expect. But I have been to a couple other ones for breakfast on the way to work and it is like chick fel a service, so it can be done. You need to do better hiring and get a new manager because there is no turning that attitude around in there. Not sure how you turn a profit but I know it could be better, every time I'm in line it takes so long at least 2 cars leave because they are tired of waiting. Read moreThe staff here is really nice! I feel horrible for them because I personally saw the cashier get screamed at multiple times from multiple people within about an hour and a half. I came here for breakfast while waiting to go to a job interview nearby so I was there for a bit and I ended up there after my interview waiting on my boyfriend to get off nearby and I grabbed a happy meal to snack on.
The reason for the 3 stars and not 5 though is because when I did go in in the morning it looked like a trash tornado did come through. It was nasty. All the tables were dirty, trash cans filled to the top, floors dirty, it felt like the heat was on, and none of the pop machines worked. No tea and no ice. No napkins. A guy had started cleaning during the time I left for my interview and when I came back he was cleaning. It was a bit nicer after that. They should give him a payraise because before he got there is was badddd haha.
They also charge for water... Which is really bad. They charged me 2 times for water that day too. I thought maybe it was an accident. It wasn't a large water either. It was a baby water and they charged $0.45 which is nuts to me. But other than that it is okay.
