McDonald's — Restaurant in Austin

I go to this Mickie D's regurly and the cleanliness is fair at best, especially in the women's restroom where the paper towel dispenser has been broken for months.

The floor in the store has a very sticky substance, so when I try to walk, my shoes stick to the floor. There is also a sticky substance on the sidewalk outside of the store doors.

The soda dispensing area is always dirty with spilt soda, lids and ketchup. The water dispenser spout has been broken for months. When you push it in to get water, it gets stuck in the on position. The workers are aware of this because they have shown me how to turn the spout off.

The "GM' as she calls herself somewhat rudly confronted me about a comment I left that stated that they weren't opening their store as posted online and one day, they actually allowed one customer in, but kept the doors locked so I couldn't get in. The GM seemingly implied that I wasn't being honest about the time I went there.

The workers are just parking anywhere in the parking lot instead of the back area, so parking near the front of the store can be difficult.

The workers are also aware that I have complained to management about them, so they aren't very friendly to me. There are times that they see me waiting at the register and...

The worst McDonald's that I have ever experienced! Walked in the only person to take our orders had her nose to her cellphone, but l had to use the restroom so I gave her a pass on the first mistake.

Then I finally ordered the two cheese burger meal, and medium sprite. She brought me out only two cheese burgers. Didn't give me a cup to pour my soda I had to ask for that. When I asked where were my fries she had the audacity to attempt to argue with me that I only asked for the 2-cheese burgers. Forgot to give me a cup for the soda too, while waiting for the fries I go to pour my drink, but there is a sign up that is poorly written and confusing. I asked her where can I get my drink and she said that even though the sign was reading there was a problem it was still good to drink. Take one guess, it was nasty.

Finally, she bring me the fries, I go to get ketchup, no condiments. Went to eat the fries were luke warm and stale, but at least I got them free! Fries were bland and I have never known McDonald's to have bland fries....

I was on the phone to the operator who didn't seem to understand and was unable to accurately put through my order. I was then assisted by a man who was still unable to answer my request and asked me to go to the window. When I did that they finally got my order correct after so asked for assistance from the manager me. This took such a long time and with my 4 year old in the car I was starting to become stressed. I reiterated on 2 occasional please to not forget the honey mustard sauce. They said to go to the pick up window and I asked the same thing. The man who is was serving me said that the sauces were in the bag. When I drove off not only were the sauces weren't there when I tried calling the restaurant twice no one answered. Not once in the 3 times I no encountered your staff did they say please or thank you. They were sullen and curt. With this kind of service and the lack of attention to the customer I can't understand how this restaurant plans to survive with the lack of care and...
