At Crescent House you will find conventional style furniture options in the midst of an avalanche of unique “one of a kind” and very stunning pieces of furniture that are from all over the world; to use as main or minor accents to customize one’s home to be uniquely you.

We found shopping at Crescent House to be a FUN ADVENTURE unlike the shopping experience at the usual chain furniture stores that tend to sell furniture that all looks alike.

We bought several unique, one of a kind, eye catching pieces of accent furniture that are from all over the world; that perfectly complement our customized high quality, made in the USA sectional that Crescent House designed for us.

Crescent House only sells high quality made in the USA sectionals, sofas and chairs at a very fair and reasonable price. The firm, high quality, and very comfortable foam that Crescent House uses in their custom furniture and custom throw pillows is above and beyond in quality; and are made to last a lifetime.

Owners, Stacy and Melissa set the tone of excellence with themselves and with their employees; in being kind, helpful and not high pressure in any way. Instead, a customer is treated respectfully and professionally with sincerity, thoughtfulness and a personalized focus....as though we are life long friends.

Our goal was to totally update the look of our great room that was decorated 13 years ago when we built our home. We had no idea how to start and complete an entire makeover. We greatly appreciated Melissa providing an in home interior design consultation; complete with arms full of fabric swatches so that our furniture and area rug choices truly fit our taste, our home and our lifestyle. Melissa made sure that our updated look not only fit in with…but enhanced the built in features of our home.

Order and delivery happened in very timely manner. The delivery service personnel were friendly, professional, respectful, careful and knowledgeable so they could address any questions we had.

It was so much fun to see our room come alive with an entirely new, unique and updated look. And then Melissa added the finishing touch by recommending a floral designer that came to our home and created the perfect custom floral and succulent arrangements.

I can't share enough great things about Crescent House! 1) Their website is awesome, and was what originally attracted me to their store (besides the great reviews). 2) We walked in and were immediately greeted by Elena. She told us a little bit about the store and then she let us wandered around, looking at all of their unique furnishings. She checked with us every so often, but didn't follow us around like a lonely puppy dog, like most furniture sales people like to do. It was really appreciated, because my fiance and I were able to converse amongst ourselves regarding the pieces and didn't feel pressured to make a decision! The store is also really comfortable, in terms of temperature and the overall ambiance. Nice music playing in the background! 3) They have a "Back Room" area, which contains so many discounted pieces of furniture. When I say discounted, I mean HEAVILY discounted. Like, tables and buffets that are marked at $1300 for $300. They have the discounted red tag furniture located all throughout the store, but most is located in the back room. 4) The owner was walking around while we were there and seemed very involved! He was also super nice; when we had told him we were new to town and my fiance hadn't gotten a job yet, he offered one of his friend's name that worked in the industry my fiance was looking to get into! I don't know any other furniture store that would do that. 5) Ordering the couch we bought was super easy. They do all of the couches custom, so you can pick out your own fabric and throw pillows. They had at least 100 fabric choices for the couch we were looking for and probably 50 for the pillows. They offer 6 months interest-free financing as well. 6) After buying the couch, Elena sent us a pie with a hand-written note expressing her thanks. It was so surprising and a great way to go above and beyond! 7) We got our couch a week earlier than targeted, and Zack, the delivery manager was amazing to work with! Super friendly and great customer service. They loaded our couch in the van and overall it was just so easy. 8) The couch is such great quality! You can feel the support from the cushions and the high quality in the fabric. I expect this couch to last us a very long time.

I previously purchased a $7000 sectional from this store that I absolutely loved. I came into the store this week with my sister and her girlfriend to look around and potentially shop for her new apartment.

When we stepped in we were greeted by a gentleman and he asked what we were looking for, and other sales pleasantries. This was nice customer service, but soon after we told him we were wanting to look at what their more budget friendly options were (my sister is a new college grad), his questioning turned straight up WEIRD AND HARASSING.

He racially profiled us for being Latino, he asked for our last names, where we were from, what our relationship was to one another, and other really weirdly personal questions. We said several times we just wanted to look around but he just kept following us around and literally USHERED us out the store. After he basically forced us to make a beeline for the door he immediately said “good bye” and walked away.

I am incredibly disturbed to be treated this way in what I assumed was a pleasant, friendly store. Very sorry to see I need to be wearing my Tiffany jewels and Chanel bags to be taken seriously in this place. To think I was just about to visit this place in a couple of weeks to outfit my new theater room with a couch in the range of 15-20k. Disgusting. I’ll just have to give my money to restoration hardware, where, by the way, they sell much more variety of furniture, WITH CUSTOM LUXURY FABRICS, just like Crescent, actually looks like it’s worth the price tag, and has WARRANTY, unlike this dwindling shop. Get a better ROI and go to a luxury brand furniture store for the same prices 🙂
