I’ve been here twice. First time, I had a bad experience. Cashier was condescending and rude, but I assumed it was because it was close to 9pm and he just wanted to close shop; it was 8:45pm, but he seemed eager to call it a day. Second time I came, it was two hours before they closed and the same cashier was there. He was condescending and rude this time around as well and gave me the most judgmental look when I had a hard time deciding between a smoothie or a slushie. I wanted to treat myself to boba after a hard day at work and wasn’t expecting to deal with the same unprofessional attitude I had experienced last time. I always try to give people and places the benefit of the doubt, but the cashier I keep encountering is extremely unpleasant and seems to have a hard time concealing negative emotions. He has the most condescending gaze and the way he pauses to collect his breath to temper his anger is extremely uncomfortable to witness and, as a customer, I don’t feel welcomed. I don’t even feel comfortable asking questions about different types of drinks because the cashier looks like he’s about to implode in anger. Needless to say, I don’t plan on ever coming back. Read moreAbsolute worst location to come to. I have been coming to Tea lounge ever sense they opened there first store on Parmer. Many of the managers know me by name. This location has not only gotten my order wrong many times. I ordered my usual drink and it was made wrong. They gave me me something completely different and accusing me of ordering my drink the wrong way when I’ve been coming to tea lounge for about 10 years!
Escalated to the manager who was called by phone and would not give me the drink that I ordered, persistent that it was my fault like I would order something completely different
ABSOLUTE WORST STORE AND MANAGER!!! THE STAFF HERE COULD DEFINITELY USE MORE TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE INCLUDING THE MANAGER THAT WAS CALLED February 28th @ 11:20am

Read moreI'm sorry to have to write this review as we've been to this location many times when we visit Austin. I bought two drinks and went back to my car, I forgot to ask for a cup of ice to put in my cooler as it was 107 degrees today to help keep our food from hmart cool.
I know we should have just bought ice from h Mart but we forgot and thought maybe they wouldn't give us an issue for a cup of ice. However when my husband went into acts for it of course it's not free and he was fine to pay but we were told know anyway. He was also questioned about was he planning to split a drink. Even if we were going to do that it's not your business it's such a weird question to ask someone.
The cashier had this rude tone towards my husband and remember we had just made a purchase of two drinks. All he wanted was some ice as it is super hot but I guess that level of customer service was too much to ask.
Since there are so many other locations I'm probably going to stop going...
