Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Austin

My sister and my mom went to scooters today, I stayed home because I worked last night. My sister was nice enough to get me a drink. I got a Matcha Tea Latte and when I got it it wasn’t even mixed together I could taste the matcha powder, I tried mixing it myself and got no results I was still drinking straight up powder, If your going to work at a coffee shop please learn how to mix your mix ins together nobody wants to taste there Caramel, chocolate, matcha. Whatever the mix in is please get it mixed in so we don’t have to do it ourselves or taste the sweetness, saltiness, or chalky taste it may have. Thank you! No offense to anyone but Caribou is way better and I think from now on I will be taking my business elsewhere, thank you for your service your coffees are decent and your sandwiches are cold. Please do better if I return I expect a well mixed...

The best experience i had here are the good tasting coffee and the friendly staff.. And now for the breakfast burritos. There not good! There just not.. I bought one and took a bite and spit it back out. Here's why.. They microwave them! Something that you can do at home they do there. It's in a wrapping and they put it in the microwave and then into the bag for you. It tasted bad was soggy and kinda hard at the same time, it's not worth over $4 for a small microwaved soggy breakfast burrito. I don't recommend unless you want to try for your self. I was pretty shocked over all on that one experience because how bad it tasted and wished I got those $4.50 back, could have gone to McDonald's for a good fresh breakfast burrito. Good coffee! Bad breakfast...

I was in Austin for a month from out of State to help my father recover from open heart surgery. The gals at this particular location provided the type of customer service that we ALL could hope for in today's world! They made it a point to continue asking about my Dad's recovery over the weeks up until the day I came through for my "last Scooters coffee"! I'm pretty specific on my latte orders and they never missed a beat! They were perfect everytime! Thank you to the the staff for making my stay in Austin a little brighter each day! Keep on keepin...
