I’ve been eating at the SoCo location for years and have been to this one a few times since that one closed. Today was the worst experience I’ve ever had with them. I ordered online and picked up at the time it said it would be ready. The guy looked confused and said he didn’t have an order for me and asked if I ordered to the wrong location and laughed like he knew I did. I said no and showed him my order. He said he missed it because he was talking to his boss? Not a great look if your boss keeps you from doing your job. He said come back in 15 minutes. I knew it wouldn’t be ready but I came back anyway. He was again talking to his boss and then said he needed to help me so they paused. He then went over and put my pizza that had been sitting there uncooked into the oven! I attached photos because the pizza isn’t even covered in cheese and all of the pizza rolls are very different sizes. The employee also asked his boss to put butter on the rolls and he looked confused and didn’t find the butter or put it on. Finally they hand me my food and I asked if the 2 ranches I paid for are in the box. He said yes and then said oh actually let me grab the second one. Won’t be...

I live right across the street from this place and it’s unfortunate because I’ve had their very expensive pizza twice and was disappointed both times. The worst experience was paying $30 for a gluten-free crust Margherita pizza and finding out it was half-cooked once I got home. I tried putting it in the oven but the crust was awful (like it had been frozen too long and too watery to cook through). I had to throw away the ENTIRE pizza. It was literally not edible. I will not be back. The other pizza I had before the really bad experience was normal crust and ā€œjustā€ ok. Not worth the $22 I paid for it.

Update I was contacted by a representative with Southside and they offered to provide me a pizza & appetizer equal to what I’d previously purchased to make things right. It was on the day I voted early and I’d been standing under the sun for 2.5 hrs and was starving (hadn’t eaten and it was 245p)! Kate emailed me, I emailed her back and with very short notice, she had the food ready in 20 min. This good will gesture goes a long long way because it proves they care about their customer’s experience. The food was hot, fresh and tasty. Added 2 stars....

I placed an order- it says you’re open, and that my order is ready. But the doors are locked and no one is there. I spent over 30 dollars, and an extra 6 on my Uber to take me by there before going home after a 12 hour shift. This is the second time something like this has happened while trying to order from here, and it’s insanely frustrating. I want my money back, this really isn’t okay :((( the last time, the employees were just sitting on their phones and had to make my order right then instead of it being ready, when I came by ten minutes after the expected time. I had to pay the uber extra so he would stay and wait for me, but I didn’t say anything about it because I assumed this was a one off issue and simple mistake. I’m very not happy if you...

Recently stopped for a slice at the Food Truck in Zilker Park. I was pleased to see Southside Flying Pizza and another food truck taking the place of the horrible snack bar that used to be there a couple of years ago. That snack bar had in-edible food, which is hard to do when all you serve is burgers. I got a slice, for $5 and it was just about the worst pizza I've had in a decade. The young woman who served me seemed bothered to have to serve anyone. I was surprised when she asked me if I wanted it warmed up. Yes, I did. It was a thick slice, barely warmed with zero taste. I threw more than half into the garbage and moved on to visiting the park. Surprising how bad it was, but it's obvious some people just don't really care about doing a good job.

Came in on my lunch break ordered a slice of pepperoni some ranch and a sprite. I didn’t care for the ranch to much for me it kinda tasted like blue cheese and ranch mixed. The pizza was okay, thin sliced and a bit sauce. Which I love but it was missing some flavor or something. So, I added some cheese and peppers to it. Their slices are $6 each with the ranch and soda it was a little over $10.
