I hate leaving negative comments for chains cause I know how demanding working at fast food places can be, But when a place ruins my order 3 times in a row, AND treats my doordasher with unnecessary rudeness I gotta leave a comment. Ya’lls management needs to consider switching out or something for the mid/afternoon shift cause here is my history of with this location within the span of a month
1st time: Yall didnt add avocado and cookies (that i was charged for) 2nd time: You guys made me a different sandwich completely (which smelled awful by the way). And today: You forget my chips (i was charged), added mayo (which I DEFINITELY did NOT ask for), switched out the bread or mixed it with another dough or something probably cause you ran out of stock (probably SUPER unethical to do this without telling the customer because of nutritional reasons), and to top it all off, my doordasher told me that when she asked for possible replacements or availability on my missing chips, she said she was rudely shoo’d out the door due to an employee telling her something like “Can’t help you, don’t have enough time to deal with that.”.
Like WHAT?! These poor doordashers running around getting ppl’s orders only to be treated rudely by restaurant staff is beyond me. Some messed up orders here and there is totally understandable. I worked in fast food too and it is a tough gig, but purposefully/regularly cutting corners, constantly running out of stock, not compensating customers for missing/incorrect charged items multiple times in a row through the span of a month and mistreating customers/delivery drivers is where i gotta drop a bad review.
Management really needs to step up, retrain, or pack their bags. If you care about the quality of your store at all, please just carefully consider this complaint. Read moreMy experience at this place was horrible I tried to give them a second opportunity after the first visit. Restaurant looks dirty fountain drink station and floors. -Staff does not have uniforms and name tags. Females showing their stomach and men showing their boxers. -Staff did not take off his gloves after touching the screen from a previous order! -Cleaned the area and put some crumbs back into the veggies bin with the cloth. -We only had one option of bread due to them closing in about 1 hour they did not want to make any. The bread that was offered was definitely old and hard even more with it being toasted. -The food presentation looked DISGUSTING Not CLEANED or FRESH. -Cucumber had a hair on it. (FUDGE MY LIFE I SHOULD'VE LEFT RIGHT THEN AND THERE) -When getting our total he quickly removed the total... and said it was so much.... I gave him a large bill and he gave me some change back and immediately said "have a good night". I looked at him and said can I have the rest of my change and he said "there's no more". So then I asked for a receipt and he said we "threw it away?!" LIKE ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW!! I SAW THE TOTAL... he did not reprint the receipt just asked me how much I was missing and gave me the rest of the change.
**SHOUL'VE WALKED AWAY FROM THE BEGINNING, YES!!!!!!! UNFORTUNATELY MY CHILDREN WERE CRAVING SUBWAY THAT DAY AND WE WERE NEARBY. WE GOT HOME AND SURE ENOUGH THE FOOD LOOKED AND TASTED HORRIBLE.. I GRABBED THE SANDWICHES AND THREW THEM AWAY AFTER THE FIRST BITE!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND RISK YOUR HEALTH. WE WILL DEFINITELY NOT COME BACK.... UNLESS THERE'S A HUGE CHANGE TO THIS STORE. STARTING W/ MANAGEMENT. NOT ACCEPTABLE I TRULY HOPE THE CAMERAS WORK SO THEY CAN PROCEED W/ A THOROUGH INVESTIGATION.

Read moreUmmmmm... I used to work here and the Crockett highschool location is closed for business... Closed shortly after i quit due to unfair pay, lack of devotion from other sandwich artists (managers worked so hard dont get me wrong) but still i was put in some awkward and stressful situations here. I was left alone when i should have had assistance!!! Managers only make 8.50 an hour so i can understand why I underwent certain attitudes from them... But this place made subway look like a joke. Two or three weeks into my employment and im working with ONE other person behind the table with NO MANAGER in the store to take complaints, arriving ealry on weekends to transfer employees who would not prepare vegetables and leave the hotwell for the meatballs turned on with NO WATER, THUS MELTING THE CUTTING BOARDS and burning me slightly in the process (minor injury, never cared in the first place) but still to be left in charge of a subway with no veggies or BREAD (no bread at a subway!!!)as a 20 year old starting community college? Just plain stupid and wrong. Subway as a whole company is struggling and it will be sad to see them go, but it will leave room for local sub shops across the US to bloom and grow.
