I will share my experience on here. I ordered bean and cheese tacos. The quality was not right. There was a bunch of oil in it. I have ordered this previously at the other location and it was definitely not the same quality. Why was there a bunch of oil in a bean a cheese taco? I understand greasy or oily food. But this looked like someone purposely drizzled more oil on it. The texture was so oily I could not taste the beans or cheese and the oil texture made me sick(yes I tried it unfortunately). I usually go to the Cedar Park location but this evening I decided to go to the Braker location since it was open. I seriously suggest retraining your workers. It's bean and cheese tacos, how can that get messed up?? If the workers wouldn't eat it, why should I? The quality should be the same throughout every store location. Someone needs to expedite better and double check orders also before packaging. Do the right thing moving forward please. This experience was not right though. This was also the first time going to this specific location and...
Read moreDisappointing. I probably won't be back. Their burrito was less than mediocre. Bad? No, but not even average. I tried the sirloin burrito. Sounds like it'd be tasty, but it wasn't. It was like the leftover cuttings and gristle from a cow's ear! Terrible actually. And they charge $14 (total) for it! No typo: fourteen dollars for one single less-than-mediocre burrito! The more i think about it, l'll not be going back. Ok, the good part: the workers were very friendly and nice. That was a change from most restaurants these days where the waiters no longer WAIT, but interrupt continually. They need to be called interrupters. But here, the workers were excellent. I'm sorry their...
Read moreTaco Palenque: Where Your Large Order Goes to Die” 🌮💀
I don’t know what kind of anti–quality control Taco Palenque is training for, but they’re taking the gold in “Not Checking Large Orders.” You could order a feast for ten people and somehow end up with a few tacos, no salsa, and a mystery spoon — and the staff will look at you like you’re the one who built the menu wrong. Calling customer service? Forget it. You’ll get more compassion talking to the salsa bar. Because the food is good, i recommend going inside to check large orders. While you’re in there help yourself to the salsa bar to get the flavors you crave, knowing you’ll have them once you get...
