This place has currently got some major issues. They're using the closing/cleaning lights continually. These typically signal the crowd that it is time to leave. If you're gonna do that, you might as well hand out sunglasses an sunscreen. They had every possible light on.. I've been coming here for 25 years. Although I quit drinking so maybe that's why this place is dead, Lol. Nobody's sitting at the bar now because you're blasting them with lighting as if they're on stage and maybe the bartender is failing to entertain. They've had wonderful food in the past, but they've ruined the menu or they're just not executing. Cubed pork tacos are a bad idea. Pork is usually shredded for a reason. To stay hydrated and soft. We also had the walleye tacos but they had been fried three times to long. The sour cream came in a preservative filled packet. The cabbage mixture wasn't too bad an that helped salvage things. Most of the place was wearing their coats because it was 67°. The waitress did a good job with what she had to work with. She did try to steer us away from the tacos, but we didn't listen. I've rated 5 restaurants in my life, but something's gotta be done here. There's no reason for a bouncer if nobody shows up for Sunday...

Torge's has that local fit that really cant be beat, from the service at the bar, the server's bringing you food or drinks at your table, to the live events and patio seating. It really is a place for everyone to get together and have a good time. The walleye bites were some of the best tasting selections I've had next to fresh caught out of Iron Lake in Canada. I wouldve liked a bit hotter habanero mango glaze on the wings, but I think that it could have been a premade mixture. A lot of restaurants use a premade mango habanero glaze and some are super spicy others a well balanced. Torge's was a good balance, not too hot but also not bland, a good mix of a quick kick of heat and a sweet tang of mango. Really didn't even need the dipping sauce unless they offered extra habanero mango sauce on the side, that would have been a nice addition. I'll ask for that next time I get to check out the area. The hotel was also recently being renovated and that was a solid improvement from the last time I was there back about 10 or 15 yrs ago. Overall wonderful atmosphere, people and highly recommend it to everyone I know that passes...

I’ve been to Torge’s many times, however, the last time I was there was hands down the worst service I have ever gotten from a restaurant in my entire life. I went with a somewhat large group (12 people) for lunch. While we knew we would not get the 15 minute weekday lunch guarantee, I did not expect the service we got. We waited for about 10 to place our order- not a big deal. We were one of four tables of customers at this point. We did not get our food for over an hour. They served those three other tables and another 15-20 tables before we got our food. The service was absolutely atrocious. Unfortunately, this error falls on management. Our server had to follow orders and she did nothing wrong. We were told by the management that “our food was coming next” twice and we were not served for another 30 minutes after asking the last time. When we got our food, it was only lukewarm and not thoroughly cooked. I will not be going back to Torge’s for a very long time, probably never for the weekday...

As far as bar food goes, this place is a solid four stars. I had the pizza bagel, which was tangy and meaty, and the Cobb salad, which was excellent—big chunks of blue cheese, plenty of chicken, all on a bed of fresh field greens. Where the place falls short is atmosphere. The “bloody mary bar” was just a fold-out table with the fixings laid out in a pretty haphazard way. They seem to be in the middle of some kind of renovation, which might explain things. That said, the staff was very friendly, and the food was reliable and satisfying. Overall, it’s a good spot for a casual meal or a drink, but I wouldn’t bring a group here if I was trying to impress.

Was in town to pick up a FB trade decided to stop somewhere. Swung by here and boy it didn't disappoint. The menu wasnt the same as seen in google but was still close. I got the upside down burger. It was great. The fries were amazing. The coleslaw was creamy and great. Buddy got a tony Montana. He said that was also amazing. Grear place to try if wanna go somewhere. They had alot of options from wings, pizzas, burgers, wraps, salads,

The food was excellent! The service was OK. They were busy and I get that it may take a bit longer but the bartender acted like we were an inconvenience when we first sat down. Now, to be fair their attitude improved after that but first impressions were not good. The food arrived and they got our orders wrong but fixed them very quickly so no real complaints about that. We would go again given the opportunity
