808 Shave Ice — Restaurant in Avon

I was visiting from Florida and I went to 808 Shave Ice with my family and some friends. 808 Shave Ice was a really great place to visit. We went to the Indians game and then celebrated a win there, very refreshing. I got the Captain Crunch shake, and the portions of shave ice and shakes were huge and very reasonably priced. We had a small cherry ice, Lahaina Luna, and a chocolate shake. Both enjoyed their ice, but the chocolate shake even though very good was loaded with chunks of ice cubes that kept getting stuck in the straw. It just may not have been blended very well. It just became annoying when you were trying to drink it. The staff were very nice, and the area was decently clean. I do recommend this place. If you have children, don't forget large...

They have an incredible amount of flavors that all sound delicious. While you can get up to three flavors on your shave ice, it can be a little daunting when faced with so many, so don't worry if you only want one or two. No matter what though, get the icecream on the bottom. Shave ice is such a delightful treat, but once you hit the icecream it unlocks something exciting and new again that you won't expect.
