I am an unhappy customer of almost 6 years. We recently switched to mobile and from day 1 it’s been issues . Between delivery , pricing swaps etc and switching over our numbers. We did this all online so when we couldn’t get things fixed via customer reps we went to our local store. We had Laura as our specialist. She messed up which phone to activate as we were also in limbo of needing to refuse delivery . This mess up caused our numbers to be redisconnected once the refusal phones got returned to spectrum. Once they processed them it said we no longer had service as she “ assigned “ the phones wrong in the system. She even admitted she did it in person the other day but said she fixed it but obviously not. Even the store manager called her out on admitting to customers when she made a mistake. However because she admitted we atleast knew what was wrong . When my husband uses this for work and he’s hours away from our family it’s essential he has a working phone. He had to do without and I’m just very displeased with everything that has gone on. I will not be recommending the store or even spectrum to anyone anymore . The problem still isn’t resolved . I called the number Laura gave me and she didn’t answer . Spent over an hour on the phone with customer rep and they said they can’t help me fully since I don’t have my husbands phone in front of me since it’s a physical sim in his phone. Just do yourselves a favor. Get in your car, drive straight to this branch location and ask for Laura Carver. My wife & I switched to Spectrum Mobile about a year ago and it’s been fantastic. We went to the Avon Commons Spectrum today to discuss family phone upgrades. Laura was eager to assist us, breaking everything down very easy for us. She was very knowledgable, as well as down to Earth. You could tell she genuinely had our best interests as customers, at heart. She wasn’t trying to plot & scheme to upsell devices or services we didn’t want or need. And we respect that. She really went the extra mile to make sure we understood everything, got the best possible deals, and were satisfied with our experience. I can’t speak for others, but a good customer service experience really goes a long way in my book. ESPECIALLY if it saves me money and offers new promotions! 10/10...

We moved to Avon Lake in August and we had our first order for internet at the very beginning of August. They send someone over and he told us he had no idea of how to do fiber. OK, we called the custom service and they asked us to open a new account and replace an order for the installation. We followed these instructions and another technician came and told us the same thing (Most of the technician had no idea of how to do fiber). And we called, waited and had the third technician, bummed, same thing happened. We ended up with no internet for three weeks. Finally, we decided to talk to a real person in their store and Ms. Laura and her manager helped us out! If anyone in Avon/Avon Lake had the same bad experience with their online customer service, please go directly...
