As always, shopping and buying at this Hallmark store was pleasurable, fun, and successful. There is brightness and color everywhere to cheer one on; the merchandise ranges from playfulness and trendy like the ornaments and gifts such as the musical keyboard on the floor or the great variety of Peanuts' items as well as ranging from the bountiful selection of cards for all occasions, persuasions, or sentiments to jewelry and clothing either fashionable or fun. Every time I come in here the staff is super friendly and always willing to help. I brought my toddler in today and he wrecked havoc for a moment in the store and then had a little breakdown. Their kindness towards him and towards me was truly remarkable. I wish there were more people like the workers here...

Both shops, one in North Olmsted and one in Avon, are lovely shops with very helpful sales ladies. They sell more than just Hallmark products. Great place for any type of gift for any type of person. Both are clean and well organized. Highly recommended by all...
