China Buffet — Restaurant in Avon

Update the lighting in the place to be all LED so it's not so dark in there...all the bulbs to be the exact same. Get rid of those blinds by the windows completely and let some natural light in. Upgrade the booths and remove the plexiglass borders that aren't required anymore from Covid. Update the sign on the building and maybe the name to "Avon China Buffet" or something rather than "China Buffet" and get a cool logo of a dragon or something.. would make the business stand out. Remodel bathrooms with brighter lighting...doesn't have to be fancy just clean looking and simple. Fix the big mural light that is up on the wall when you walk in...or add some better decor. Lastly please get rid of the pile of stuff in the back where other booths are. It looks really bad, cluttered and that's seating that could be used for customers.

This place needs a DEEP DEEP cleaning from top to bottom and a major remodel. This place has too much foot traffic and been here way too long to not even have a major remodel yet. I've been going here since I was a little kid now 32 and I've been avoiding this place now due to the cleanliness and overall vibe of the place. Please consider and find a way to make a proper business decision and get a much needed renovation and revamp of this...

Shockingly horrible establishment! I was eager to try a new Chinese Buffet, my first post-COVID. I was slightly off-put by the lack of greeting when we arrived. We were simply asked "ages?" and no senior discount was applied to us that was offered others dispite the senior in our group. This wouldn't be an issue if the rest of the experience wasn't so traumatic! We were never spoken to again. No response when we asked about drinks or anything! We were not sat at our table nor were we given any instructions. The building was not lit at all and very dark during the storm. Our highchair was filthy. Food was on the walls and 3 of our ser ingredients had hair in the food. Against better judgment one of our members had to use the bathroom.only to find the seat covered in fecal! Despite clear wait staff neglect and a concerning lack of cleanliness the worst part is that when I stood up I had sat in blood. Actual blood! I was hoping it was sauce of some sort and politely excused myself only to find to my horror it was blood. I assume from a patron having a nose bleed or something, but clearly there is absolutely no cleaning happening nor is there any hospitality. The health department needs to shut...

Since when is it $50 for four people at a Chinese buffet? Chinese buffet food used to always be a cheap night out, now it's a luxury. it's not like the atmosphere or food has gotten any better.

The food is subpar buffet food as expected, but the selection and variety was very disappointing. There was really only maybe 12 different hot food options. It's usually like 18-24 different options at other buffets. The only things to eat were basically noodles, chicken and imitation crab. They don't even have a soft serve ice cream machine. You have to scoop the ice cream yourself from a freezer.

Not even an hour after I ate I had to make an emergency bathroom trip and have my entire bowels emergency evacuate from my rear. I do not think the quality of food here is acceptable for human consumption.

Also, no one picked up our plates while we went up for seconds. We had dirty plates and cups clogging up our table until we left.
