I walked to the business for the first time not ever being here or even hearing about it. I went up to the counter and was immediately welcomed with an energetic greeting. I looked at the menu and made my selection of a sunrise bowl. I watch the professional worker putting it together with such attention and care. I’ve never seen this process done before and was amazed at the precision of it. Upon completion, she gave me the bowl and I went to sit down. I took my first bite and it was an explosion of flavors. My mouth danced with glee at the delicious mouthful. I was looking forward to every bite ahead and was not disappointed. When I fished I had a very satisfied belly.
