Horrible first impression. This review is based on my front desk experience and has me concerned for what the doctors are like at this location sadly.
We came in for our sons appointment yesterday (3.26.25)and were met kindly by Dakota the Registration specialist. After realizing that there was an issue where it can only be explained as nothing more then a clerical error. The team lead Markia asked what was going on and after checking her computer she rudely told me and my husband yes you did cancel. The sharp tone really wasn't necessary because we weren't giving anyone issues. We had our text to prove we didn't cancel our sons appointment but our daughters at another hospital that's connected to IU. Again we showed this on my phone. Clearly clerical error but instead of just apologizing for the error that technically cancelled my son appointment Markia kept with you cancelled and the doc couldn't help us anyway with what we needed.
This was a very unfortunate and unnecessary interaction. Showing humility when you she realized this was the fault of the COMPUTER would have gone a long way. Markia made it personal with her tone and attitude. We're questioning if this is the right location to establish our...

Read moreHave been trying to establish a primary care doctor since I’ve had recent health issues. I found an appointment online listed for 1 PM. I received no follow up email confirmation, phone call, or text about my appointment time. I showed up at 1:03 and they turned me away because I was “supposed to be there at 12:45” even though my appointment online was listed for 1pm and I was not notified of a 12:45 arrival time. It makes no sense that there was no notification/communication sent, but an expectation for me to know that.
