7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Avon

Honestly, I hate leaving reviews but it just gets to a point… The last handful of times I have come to this specific location the service and quality of my drinks have been horrid. I don’t know when this location went so downhill but I’d love for it to go back to the way it was when it first opened. When this location first opened you were always greeted with a smile and an energetic employee who was happy to take your order. Now you’re greeted with grunts, eye rolls, and constant frustration no matter who is taking your order. Lighten up! To speak on my most recent visit I ordered an energy drink with multiple flavors. I then pulled up to the employee standing at the front, she didn’t acknowledge me and watched in real time as the male barista inside made my drink. He only added ONE of the THREE flavors I ordered and called it a day. Huh? Am I paying AND tipping for my order to be wrong? I understand there are two lines and you’re making multiple drinks but it’s unacceptable to make my drink wrong. That’s lazy. Once my drink was made that same female employee in the front shoved a straw through my car window, handed me my drink, and turned her back to me. Okay, rude much? Lastly, I would like to speak on this new payment system that 7 Brew has decided to use. Before, the cashiers couldn’t see how much you tipped (if tipped) but now, they are the ones who turn the iPad around to face them once your choice is selected and they press the finish button for you. So they can see in real time if they were tipped or not. It definitely feels like you are trying to force customers to tip your cashiers and that’s not okay. 7 Brew you need to work these issues out quickly or you’re going to...

Employees are always super nice and work quickly! They’re super friendly and make conversation while you wait for your drink. I enjoy getting the Blondie, but also like to make my own drink. They have plenty of options, so you might want to check out their menu on your phone before you come, as it can be somewhat overwhelming lol. Drinks seem pricey at first but their sizes are bigger than Starbucks and other coffee places. A small here is a medium elsewhere, and so on.

Giving 4 stars because there are often times where something small is off with my drink (missing whip, caramel drizzle, etc) that aren’t enough for me to make a fuss about but are slightly disappointing when they happen. The other day, I also waited over 30 minutes for my drink. The lines were long, and I made the decision to stay however, when I was handed my drink, the employee apologized for the wait and said their chiller machine was down so they had to wait to make my drink. While this is understandable, I wish that would’ve been communicated as I probably would’ve ordered something else.

Overall, I really do like this place and I come here all the time! Just some of the minor inconveniences don’t meet a 5 star rating to me. Will definitely keep...

I have been to this location a few times. Today I went to get my usual, a flavored water with lavender and lemon. I am not sure why the young lady who was handling the right side of the drive through had such a nasty attitude but I was not please and I left without completing my order. I only asked her about making sure the drink had enough of the flavor additive as last time it was made wrong and was completely flavorless. I could tell it was made wrong because it barely had any color from the lavender and any taste. Before I could finish explaining what I meant to the girl in the drive though today, she replied " well it is water so it's going to taste like water" and "I can't control how the drink is made or what color it is" . When I got this drink a few days ago, I went back when the drink was made incorrectly and as soon as the girl working the drive though saw the drink she knew it didn't have enough flavoring because it was basically clear. They remade it correctly and it was fine so I know they know how the drinks should look.
