Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Avon

Okay so funny thing they're asking me to rate Papa John's. Now don't get me wrong I love Papa John's Pizza is delicious. But on this specific day I wasn't even at Papa John's I wasn't trying to Buffet which is right next door to them. But I will tell you this I personally have been ordered Papa John's and I was like 18 years old. But I do love Papa John's food. I've never been inside of a Papa John's so I can't wait the inside of the Papa John's restaurant. What size in a restaurant cuz you can't eat inside of it you just pick up your food and go LOL. Never been inside one. I can't read the inside but I can tell you the food is delicious and the thing I really enjoyed now that they have currently is there cheese stuffed crust pizza. It is a thousand times better than Pizza Hut cheese stuffed crust pizza. There's actually cheese in the crust. It is not absorbed up into the Dell either it's like a big chunk of cheese. I've only had one item from Papa John's I did not like. And that is there cheeseburger pizza that thing made me sick to my stomach. Oh Lord I will order that thing once and I will never ordered again. It left a taste in my mouth I could not get rid of for 2 weeks straight. And I kid you not I brush my teeth I gargle mouthwash to gum nothing will get rid of that taste. That is literally the only thing I have ordered on Papa John's menu that I did not like. This is the last Papa John's pizza I order. I ordered a large Pepperoni, Sausage & Six Cheese Pizza (Specialty) with extra sauce. First, it took an hour to deliver on Sunday evening. Worse, it was a terrible excuse for pizza and a total waste of $25!

The crust was 1 1/2 - 2 inches followed by another inch of dried, stained, sauce - certainly not extra and not even normal. The crust, of which there was a lot, was dry and tough - even the garlic butter couldn't save it. A DiGiorno's frozen pizza has better crust than this. Finally, the toppings were supposed to include parmesan cheese but didn't have any that was discernible, and the 6 cheese blend was also indiscernible from mozzarella. The amount of toppings would be good for an 8 - 10 inch pizza but NOT a 14 inch large! Of course, the pizza had assumed room temperature and I had to put it in the oven to reheat.

I called the store and the manager quickly offered a store credit, but I don't know if I'll use it. My usual pizza delivery comes from Pizzaville but that evening their delivery time was an hour - so I ordered Papa John's thinking they would be faster - which they weren't. My bad... will not make this...

love this place. staff is very welcoming & u can tell it’s a great work environment. Managers are AWESOME. while i was there yesterday someone was complaining (honestly not too sure about what didn’t catch that part) but manager handled it very well & when she didn’t get the answer she wanted she sent her husband in to ‘handle it’ he was rude as hell. man asked the cashier ab 4 times in maybe 1 minute to speak to a manager cashier kept saying ‘he will be right back’ mind u the store is busy it’s super bowl sunday phones ringing orders are coming in & manager is also making pizzas. manager was busy so customer called the cops 🙄 sadly had to leave as i’m also a delivery driver & had to get my order out. moral of the story managers & all employees handle Karen’s & Kevin’s (of all shapes & sizes) very very well!!! i applaud this location. sadly didn’t get names of mangers or employees but they...
