To say I am mad is understatement. I have bought numerous times from bobs in the past and have talked nothing but highly of bobs. I have to say customer service in the store is impeccable and the only furniture store I’ve ever been that employees don’t harass you and very helpful. When it comes to the delivery end they do not care about customer service at all at least with my last order. I had my order scheduled to be delivered a week ago and they had to “reschedule” mind you that you already have to wait a long time for your items. It was inconvenient due to my high demand work schedule and working during delivery times. I rescheduled it for today and stated they came by when I had 2 people at my house and no one knocked on the door. I called then they came back by later to drop off but the person at my house did not have their ID on them so they wanted me to reschedule. I voiced my concerns due to working 18 hours shifts for the next week and not having help. They did not try anything to get me to keep my order nothing didn’t act like they cared about me being a customer or try to keep my business. If they remotely seemed to care and wanted to find out a solution I would’ve kept this order but they could care less. I just wish the customer service I received in store would be as outstanding on the other end of things. Read moreIf I was able to do two reviews for Bob’s furniture I would, but when me and my husband went went to bobs furniture the first time we were greeted by this wonderful woman who I cannot remember her name but she was super nice and the manager was also a ray of sunshine and we had no problem with a table we have purchased delivery and all. The second we returned because we loved everything about them another employee, believe his name was Ron also warmly greeted us and was very descriptive with every step and purchase and helped us with ordering our bedroom set and even warned us about a delay with one of our items, which can happen and we get that but when I say their customer service delivery team needs some work on their scheduling, and I am be very serious. It took them over two months to deliver our bedroom set because in one delivery one item was missing, then next the bed footboard was damaged than one team took one piece when they were supposed to leave but took it anyway. It was the most chaotic delivery I ever experienced and I know those poor delivery guess were tired of coming back to our home because they know the delivery team messed something up. Read moreSales rep did a great job when we bought the couch. After that is when the issues started. 10 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered was called saying it was damaged. (Towards end of day) So waisted day and wish they would of told me 1st thing in the morning. They sent pics, and was totally obvious! Not waiting till they were on the way and calling 10 minutes before drop off. Then asked if they could switch it out, which is fine. Talked to customer service to see what can be done. Then had to work on their time for delivery. Not really willing to work with me since I work days. Had to work with the times that worked with there schedule not mine. The part that had me call back and cancel the order was right towards the end of the call was the driver and customer service rep were talking and just hung up without saying goodbye or have a wonderful day.
