Minimal choices on the menu drives quality and consistency which is an extremely smart choice (and I’m a procurement manager for a food service GPO and have worked in the food and hospitality industry for decades). We got the roast pork and beef sandwiches. With every bite you can tell how much care went into crafting them. The pork was tender and savory, the spinach complemented it well and the side of juices brought me back to days growing up on the east coast.
