Consistently bad service. The employees have been grumpy, moody, snarky and have a very noticeable lack of care to be there. I've had about 4 bad experiences with them now.
The last time we came here there was nobody in the drive thru line. We waited about 1 minute for someone to get on the intercom and the employee that was at drive thru asked us to repeat what we wanted about 3 times because she kept putting random the wrong order on the screen. When we pulled up it took about 2 minutes for Alexys to open the window and say "10.52" with nothing to serve but moodyness. No greeting just our amount due. She took our payment, we waited 4-5 minutes only for her to open up the window and say "we're all out of everything bagels" with no apology or any care. Then I said "you mean you're out of what I just paid for" she said "yeah". Then we tell her "you guys need to be more on top of things especially since we just paid for this". Her response "uh huh uh huh". Then she finally hands us our order after about 4 more minutes of waiting and closes the widow - no thank you or have a nice day and we are missing the straw. So now we have to wait. 1 more minute goes by and someone else asks us if we were missing something, we tell her the straw and she apologizes and gives us a straw. When I pull out the bagel that I didn't even want but had to pay for, I find it's burnt. So this all took roughly about 10-12 minutes for 1 customer order (bagel and iced coffee) in an empty drive through. If you go to this location, I hope you're not in a hurry.
I believe a lot of the locals to this area have looked forward to the opening of this new Dunkin, as I have. However, it is unfortunately such a let down. Hopefully they have some coaching for the employees or hire people with basic customer...
Read moreBeen Mobil ordering for 2 weeks now and they still can’t get it together! Order at 6:26 drinks not ready at 6:39 again! 2 girls helping man at register and completely ignoring me! When I mentioned I had to go she said we have been busy….I was in parking lot for 6 minutes before and no customers there… in my 2 week mobile ordering run I had drinks right twice! Today I had to leave part of my order there that I paid for because I had to go! I understand problems at the register with a customer but it doesn’t take 2 people to handle it and my drinks were sitting right behind them ready but not on mobile rack! Then the one girl said hey sorry but your mobile order just came in…. But yet my drinks were already made??? Hmmm …
Update…. I have mobile ordered 3 more times but at a later time in the morning and everything has been perfect! I will continue to increase stars as they continue to do better!

Update… 3 more orders at the later time in morning and it’s so improved! This morning I mobile ordered and I went there pretty fast so I knew they wouldn’t be ready… one of my drinks was ready so I was waiting on second drink. The lobby was packed and drive through was super long and I had waited 5 minutes when one girl asked what else I was waiting for I told her and she stopped everything she was doing and made my second drink! Read moreI use to come here a lot and I don’t mind waiting for so long. Usually the wait for the drive through lasts like 30mins and I’ve actually timed it. Staff are friendly and I got along with all of them except for one guy. I got yelled at by the “manager” (he said he was the manager) through the drive thru and I have NEVER met him before in my life. It was on Halloween and it was packed so I have no idea if the stress got to him cause all I asked was to remake my order because it was NOT correct. I asked him not to be rude because he left my drink at the window, did not hand it to me. I’m short and even with the door open I couldn’t reach it. When he came back to the window he gave me attitude and then he went off on me. Started yelling why I was still at the window and I told him I couldn’t reach the drink and started yelling at me more. I never had this problem before and did not know how to handle this situation besides acting shocked. I did not yell back and I remained calm. I informed another manager which was a lady, she was nice and I told her, he obviously needed a break because I didn’t do anything wrong.
