This place is the worst fast food place I’ve ever been to, as someone who used to be a manager at a fast food place this place was unbelievable. We fist get in there and not one person greets us and we thought “oh it’s super busy in the drive thru too we just came at a bad time” my mother then went into the restroom and saw a whole giant roll of toilet paper in the toilet and went to go tell one of the managers wearing a maroon shirt talking about nonsense and laughing with 2 other girls and politely my mom said “ ma’am” and this lady ignored her and continued to talk and giggle away she then said it again and the manager asked what she could help with and proved to tell her what she saw and asked 3 different people if they could do it before telling one of them they had to clean the bathroom. As she was in the restroom I order us 2 items and one meal. And we understood it was busy and waited 20 minutes before we told someone we are still missing our order and it’s no longer on the screen as if they cleared it out on all the screens. The person was in a black shirt and also looked like a manager they then Took our receipt walked up to one of the workers and told them to make out order and our receipt ended up getting lost in the back or something maybe they threw it away on purpose who knows because 20 minutes later we finally asked for a manager because there was in no world was an excuse for this we then asked for the refund because we no longer wanted to eat there food because we have waited over 40 minutes on our food and told him about the last manager. He asked if anyone saw the order or receipt. No one knew about anything so he walked over to get our refund and asked for our receipt and explains again. We then had to read off our order and tell him and we finally got our refund and left. We will definitely be calling corporate about this especially since there were MULTIPLE people of 4-6 people doing nothing at all. The worst experience I’ve had and that’s even that I worked fast food and was a...
Read moreTitle: Disappointing Experience at McDonald's on McDowell: Poor Customer Service and Terrible Iced Vanilla Latte
Review:
I recently visited the McDonald's on McDowell, and I must say that it was an incredibly disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, the poor customer service was evident. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked basic courtesy. It was clear that they had no interest in providing a pleasant dining experience for their customers.
My primary reason for visiting McDonald's that day was to enjoy a refreshing Iced Vanilla Latte. However, even this simple request turned into a nightmare. The iced latte I received was nothing short of terrible. The taste was bland and lacked any hint of vanilla flavor. It seemed like a poorly made, watered-down coffee with barely a trace of sweetness.
Furthermore, the drink was not even prepared properly. The ice was melting quickly, diluting the already weak coffee. The presentation was sloppy, with coffee stains on the cup and a general lack of care in preparing the beverage. It was evident that the employees lacked the necessary training and attention to detail to make a decent iced latte.
To make matters worse, when I approached the counter to express my disappointment and seek a resolution, the staff responded with indifference. They brushed off my concerns without any attempt to address the issue or offer a replacement. The lack of empathy and customer service skills were simply appalling.
Overall, my visit to McDonald's on McDowell was an utter disappointment. The poor customer service and the abysmal quality of the iced vanilla latte left a sour taste in my mouth. It is disheartening to see a popular chain like McDonald's fail so miserably in delivering a satisfactory experience to its customers. I would strongly advise against visiting this particular location if you value good service and...
Read moreAUGUST 30th 2024 10:40PM Placed an order online through the app. Pulled into drive through. Guy over the intercom took our code and said food would be ready at the second window. Pulled up to the second window. Girl working hands us someone else’s order without saying ANYTHING. We hand her the wrong order back and explain to her we have an online order and give her the code. Girl attempts to look for our order and says she can’t find it. We tell her the code AGAIN and show her the receipt. She looks for the order again and tells us “we don’t have it”. ZERO PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS doesn’t offer to make it or ask the manager how to help so we ask to speak to the manager. Girl slams the window shut and calls for her manager on duty JESUS. We tell Jesus she said they don’t have our order. Jesus asks what we got and puts in the order for us. After waiting, the original girl walks back up to the window with our bag of food, SHOVES at us and slams the window. “ Forgets”our drinks and sauces and walks away. We yell to her asking for our drinks and get no response. We honk the horn of our car to get someone’s attention to get the rest of our order. Manager JESUS comes back up, does NOT ask what’s wrong, what we are missing, doesn’t apologize, but silently makes our drinks and hands them to us. We explain that the girl was extremely rude and ask for her name to speak to a general manager about how awful the experience was. JESUS refuses to give her name stating he “can’t”. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. And what makes it even worse is that this was NOT an isolated incident with this worker. She has been rude multiple times before working the night shift. AND JESUS- stop feeling the need to protect your rude employees with terrible attitudes cause it makes you look...
