both burritos were wrong-asked for extra pinto-got black beans instead i dont know about you, but i hate black beans, i can't eat this

called for refund, or redelivery, and was told they could provide neither as credit card refunds have to be done in store, and there is no one to redeliver.

what is the point of ordering online, if your order comes wrong, its not like i can check the burrito before the driver leaves?

so no food, and money gone, wow, do you want to order delivery when you are hungry from here?

Update: I just order pizza hut before I wrote this review, and it came, and THEIR order was correct. Not that difficult to be fast and accurate.

I think I'm done with chipotle online ordering and delivery. 90% of the time it is wrong. the only way to guarantee your order, is to go thru the line, and really, who wants to do that anymore? i should update first this story, got a refund from chipotle, 7 days later, with no coupons for making up for their shotty service

UPDATE: I went in to order my two veggie burritos, the cashier started making the burritos, and then let the line person handle the rest, yet, he still charged me completely wrong, he overcharged me! for someone who doesn't eat meat, and who SHOULD get the guac for free because that and the beans are their only source of protein, it would be nice to not be over charged for it. If the guac doesn't come in the burrito, then it is free, how hard is that to comprehend.

SO, MORAL OF BOTH STORIES IS:

can't order online delivery or pickup

can't order in the restaurant without double checking every single thing they are doing, because everything that is wrong with this restaurant is the service, not the food

SAVE YOURSELF, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, maybe even the chipotle in glendora if you really still...

Chipotle is a tasty blend of south of the border flavor with its delicious burritos, salads and freshly made chips.

I love the new spicy chicken, and if you add guacamole and sour cream you are in for a treat.

Updated from 5 stars to 1 star to show horrible service. Show up and we had to wait 10 mins because they had messed up 2 persons orders. After the waiting I order carnitas, which was not ready so they told me to wait a couple of mins. I step back and let a wave of like 10 people through. I haven’t heard anything from the counter. I go to the cashier and ask him if the carnitas was ready.

They had to go back and check again after another 10 mins.

I was mad that I had to keep asking if the food was ready as they would look away from me when ever they saw me looking their direction.

If I didn’t ask for my food they wouldn’t have checked. I can understand you being busy but to completely disregard a customer is extremely rude.
