A horrific and unpleasant experience dealing with an employee named Mikayla (spelling unsure). I made a pickup order prior to 6 PM scheduled for 9:10 PM. When I arrived, the lights were already off, and Mikayla told me she was the only one working and needed to leave by 9:50 PM. This is the SAME excuse she gave another customer in another Yelp review. I explained that I had placed the order hours ago and it was just for pickup. She insisted I cancel the order on the app, though there was no such option. Her response was quite rude, and she begrudgingly agreed to make it after I kept insisting for her to complete an order I had already paid for.
Mikayla then fumbled through multiple receipts (how many orders did you get and not complete?), asking me which one was mine. I pointed out that it wasn't a complex order - just a food item needing heating. She abruptly told me to leave, mumbled some profanities, called her "manager" Justin and twisted the story, falsely claiming I had caused trouble. Mikayla said Justin instructed me to leave. This "manager" didn't even listen to what the situation was from the customer's perspective.
It's clear Mikayla continuously takes advantage of being the one who closes shop and closes up early, every single day. Corporate could easily identify this abusive behavior as they won't have any orders after 9 PM. The store should close at 9:45 PM, but Mikayla insists on leaving early, stealing money from the company as well as customers who placed pick up orders past 9 PM.
In the time Mikayla spent arguing, she could have easily heated up the food item. Unfortunately, I ended up paying for something I never received. I strongly advise against visiting this location due to this unfortunate experience. I will be escalating this...

We ended up being there for over 30 minutes and of course being irritated about having to wait so long we were so excited to get our smoothies. We both took one sip of our smoothies We were both 10 times more pissed. They were horrible. They were the consistency of water and tasted nothing like they normally do. There was only one girl in there and she had no business being in there by herself. She had no idea what she was doing. She had no clue how to multitask, she would put a smoothie in the blender and walk away to the back even though there was five people standing in line, and once she finally made your order, it literally tasted nothing like what we ordered! Read moreCan their be an option for 0 stars?! The owner was rude. I ordered through the app 20 minutes before my arrival so that way my order would be ready, I get there, still not ready. She proceeds to finish a drink order for guests who were ordering as I arrived, and would not give me my drinks until about 5 minutes walking into the store. I love Jamba, and this is a block from my house, and yet I will NEVER go back to this store. I will not allow my money to feed someone who is disrespectful to people and their time.
Never apologized once for the delay, and when I told her I would complain to corporate, she just gave a smart ass answer "we are a franchise," again with no apology, and no compensation for making me wait 25 minutes for an order when there were 2 people only ordering that morning...
