Urbane Cafe — Restaurant in Azusa

I decided to patronize the new shop here in Azusa and make an official review on my Twitch and YouTube channels because I promised I would do so. I ordered online and the website was VERY easy to navigate and order what I wanted; a turkey sandwich on focaccia bread with Kettle Chip Backyard Barbecue chips. I was given a time to pick up near Noon and entered the obviously busy establishment. It didn't take long to be greeted and gave my information on the order. I did not see the Pickup Shelf when I entered (it was next to the entrance) but the order was ready for me in a nicely tight bag (which was difficult to open). I made my review on my Twitch channel, extolled the taste and fresh ingredients of the $7.50 sandwich, and would return once more to try other varieties. The only sad thing I didn't get was the 'free cookie' as it was not available at that location when I ordered ahead online. But I did enjoy the lunch - the taste was really good, the tomato, cheddar cheese, and lettuce was fresh, it had a light mayo coating which I prefer because I don't like a heavy amount of it on my sandwiches. Just had the most delicious lunch here! I started with a Heathbar cookie that was simply out of this world, paired perfectly with a fresh Salmon Salad and a vibrant Blood Orange fruit drink. I swapped the usual Chipotle Ranch dressing for the Cilantro Citrus Vinaigrette, and what a great choice that was!

The staff here couldn’t be more wonderful—always smiling, and super helpful, and the atmosphere is just the right mix of upbeat and chill. It's not just a meal; it's an experience that leaves you satisfied, not sluggish. The value of such high-quality, flavorful food is incredible.

I highly recommend Urbane Café if you’re looking for a healthier option that doesn’t compromise on taste or quality. It’s hands down the best choice in the area!

Very fresh, very tasty, friendly staff, great location. First time here but I'll definitely be back. I had the turkey club and it was very fresh. The salad was also very fresh If I had to have some grips, they would be the following. I know they have a concept, but having just foccacia bread seems very limited, not all sandwiche ingredients go with such a strong flavor bread. They need to make a distinction between those eating in and take away customers. It seems strange to get your food in a tied bag when you receive it And the people that are take out, take a table while they are waiting with the number, so you think there are no seats left, but a lot of the people will take their food.

But I'm sure they know what they are doing.

This is definitely a sandwich place...
