Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Azusa

I will start off by saying I am homeless . do not let that change your opinion of what I'm going to write. My journey started late last night when I came in to get out of the cold and yes it was cold freezing temperatures I purchase a small coffee and kept warm for the time being until they closed and then went to a store manage and then went to ask the manager if I could use the restroom before I departed outside and to my avail they granted me permission to use the restroom with no question of any sort I took advantage of the fact that to keep avocado I took advantage of the fact that to keep of the coat over to do anything and that's exactly what I did coming out of the restroom I was waiting for the manager to wish me and and that is the opposite of what they did the afternoon another being put over my head because they knew it was going to be cold after stated that if they could to keep me inside or allowed to keep me inside they would I appreciated that so much so I journeyed outside for the next fou so I journeyed outside for the next 4-5 hours and yes it was freezing cold I actually stayed very close this local Jack in the Box because really I had no place to go I kept warm as I could and I came in back to this facility to get out of the cold I purchase a hot coffee because my hands are numb and I sent here while I'm writing this they're eating area keeping me warm keeping myself warm going to playing no one said anything at all except good morning if I needed any more coffee I would like to say thank you for your hospitality and everything else the warms and consideration of your hospitality I think you for the bottom of my heart and to let people know that there is still kindness the people's hearts I'm leaving here with a happy face and I think you and your management thank you so much for everything you did last 10 hours for me I will be leaving here with a smile and make sure you tell everyone what Xperience today and throughout the night thank you thank you...

Horrible horrible people working at night. Not only did she talk so fast and rush through taking the order she got everything wrong. Then had the audacity to say any more last minute modifications to the order. Like we didn't say it the first time and she had an attitude then we get our food after being told to sit to the side for like 10 minutes she brings out 6 cold monster tacos cold curly fries like what was the point pg having us wait and the food isn't even fresh. The worst ever when it comes to customer service. We came from out of town for a track meet and stopped there to get some food and you can hear the employees talking about the clients. Not only that but we waited for 5-8 min at the cash register and they never came to acknowledge us or to tell us they will take our order in a moment. Then when I asked to use the bathroom since we were waiting already because they were supposedly so busy ( when they only had one customer inside waiting for an order and only three cars in the drive thru) they made up that a client locked the keys inside the bathroom and denied me from taking my daughter to use the bathroom.
